When our basement flooded because of a faulty water softener, Andy from MasterTech came out the same day and worked around the renovation company (as they stripped the room and dried it out) and clearly explained our options. Andy made us feel comfortable (relieved!) with having a new water softener installed by a professional, with a warranty. It was just one less thing we had to worry about. I appreciate how his first priority was to make it safe for us to run water through the house again, and then he came back later to install a new softener once the room had been stripped. Before leaving, he gave me tips on maintenance for the water softener, and I’m grateful it’s set up and ready to go!

MasterTech’s ductwork installation was problematic, leading to extended delays, damage, and the need for additional repairs to drywall. I’d reconsider who you trust to perform certain jobs, especially given their lack of professionalism, accountability, and support from upper management.

Matt and McKenzie were FABULOUS! They had me in a new water heater in less than 3 hours from my initial phone call, on a Friday. They also saw that my furnace has cellular core piping for the exhaust, a violation of code even at the time of install 20 years ago, and took care of that same day while here!All costs were clearly laid out. I was approved for 12mo/0% interest immediately and now have a service plan for 3 check ups a year, including my hvac.And I'd like to point out that in my 25 years of a career in restaurants and 20 years of owning my home, I have no memory of a girl in the industry doing the actual service work. I called out Mastertech for plumbing issues and Logan came out. He reviewed so many issues I was concerned about and gave me a great plan on what to address first and got to work on the things we decided to do same day. He was patient and kind! When I mentioned I wanted some eyes on our 30+ year HVAC system he got a hold of CJ who came out within the hour to assess our system. Again - super knowledgeable and answered all my questions and sent a bid and noted they could complete a whole system overhaul the next day! CJ even answered some last minute questions via text for me while I was deciding on which system to select. The next day Tyler x 2 came out to install our new efficient system + a new wifi-enabled thermostat! They worked on it all day and were super respectful of the space. At the end of the day they walked me through setting up my account and app for my new thermostat, how to order the new type of furnace filters, and showed me the work they did in the basement, including fixing some loose ductwork! I'm sticking with mastertech - I was very impressed with everyone from the office staff to billing to the onsite folks. TY!

We had a technician come out to fix our A/C. They were able to get us in on the same day we called. Tyler came by and was very professional and wore his shoe covers each time he came into our house. He spend a long time trouble shooting different possible issues and although we will need a new unit it was overall a great experience. He was able to explain what was going on without being condescending. Thank you!
