Called on Sunday to schedule appointment for Monday to have plumbing blockage fixed due to not being home on Sunday. Received callback within 30 min. just to be sure I didn’t want them to come Sunday. Phil and Greg showed up early Monday morning. Very knowledgeable, explained what they were going to do, quoted price before they started. Problem solved. Great experience, would use them again.

Ive used them about 3 times now in the past few years. Always able to come quickly. Always confirms the price before they do the work. They are very thorough and dont try to leave before being sure the job is complete and that we are satisfied. Kevon has been here twice and is super! Great additude and really knows his stuff. Our issue was clogged water lines a couple times but had some repiping done in a bathroom years ago.

When a kid with a bowl cut showed up at my house and barely spoke, I should’ve turned him away and knew this would be a headache. I knew immediately that he was brand new and less experienced. He wasn’t very chatty at all and very awkward. I had to beg him to explain what was going on with my pipes and how to prevent issues in the future—he didn’t offer any updates or information unless I asked directly. Then he reinstalled my toilet incorrectly, causing water to leak all over my brand new bathroom floor and into my newly remodeled basement.He didn’t say a word about the leak. If I hadn’t been home, I could’ve returned to standing water, subfloor damage, and soaked drywall. While I was downstairs frantically wiping everything up and grabbing bowls to catch the water, I kept yelling up to him. His only response was, “Don’t worry about it, everything’s fine.” And after all of that, he went and sat in his van for 20 minutes without saying anything. I later found out he had also damaged my brand new cabinet and didn’t tell me—I had to drag that out of him. He even asked me not to call the owner, which should’ve been a huge red flag. Once I saw how bad the cabinet damage really was, I knew I had to make that call. That kind of request shows there are deeper internal issues with this company than they probably realize.The owner came out to inspect the situation. He apologized profusely and admitted this employee isn’t good with the public and should have communicated better. While I appreciated the honesty, it was frustrating to know they were already aware this person was a problem and still sent him to a customer’s home with no supervision or support.After everything, I also realized the tech had thrown away the toilet screw caps, and I had to contact the owner again to get replacements—just one more detail I had to chase down after this whole mess.Unfortunately, their customer service is just as disappointing. They’ll say they’re going to take care of things and that they’re listening, but their actions show otherwise. They only see things from their own perspective and aren’t interested in what the customer is saying. The customer comes first is definitely not a thing that they’re familiar with. I would rather have my pipes backup again than deal with this mess of a company again.

Our outside sump drainage goes into a retention ditch and was clogged. They blew out to pipe, cleaned out excess debris, marked the location for future reference, and reconfigured the outside pump configuration… all in less than an hour.
