June 04 · Carrie SpurgeonCalled Monday and was told “I’ll call you.” Nothing. We called again Wednesday and was told he would come that afternoon. Never called. Never showed up. Ended up calling another plumber and now they can’t come until Tuesday. Today is Thursday. If I could give zero stars I would. I’m not saying our plumbing issues should be top priority but the pooling of water and/or shit under our house is not something we had time to mess around with. So we wasted almost an entire week trying to “stay local” and now we will, I’m sure, have an even bigger issue for the plumber that can’t come until Tuesday. So. Don’t recommend. Take your business elsewhere.
May 22 · Elizabeth AryWe recently found out that our tankless heater was installed improperly. When we called to ask about it he tried to turn it around on us and argued that the manufacturers requirements were not his even though when you look online there are multiple sources that say you must follow certain guidelines. He was not polite and his customer service was not what I would have expected from someone in business for so long. I will say we should have called when our issue first happened, but despite waiting, it was still improperly installed and he didn’t want to take any responsibility for the error. The air intake and the exhaust vent should be at least 12 inches apart with a 12 inch downspout. Ours, not so much which means we are sucking the exhaust right back in. Thus the issue we ended up having.***Edited because I can’t reply to this company directly that just replied*** I am the ORIGINAL owner. I bought this house from the builder, and yes we had issues and yes we had to have repairs by someone that knew how to fix it and it was confirmed that it was not put in properly and has since been fixed.

Have had a couple emergencies recently and he was able to get us fixed up outside his normal business hours. Truly excellent service.

He has worked on every house I have owned, old and new. I also referred him to family members and friends. He answers calls in a timely manner and does good work.I saw that ONE negative review -= posted by his son's ex-girlfriend. 'nuff said. You can trust Mr. Meyer and his work.
