I had a leak in my shampoo sink at my salon. I called at least a dozen plumbing companies to their credit they were the only ones that were able to come out and look . They took my sink apart and quickly told me that it was the faucet that was leaking and that they would be finished in 20 minutes. Well they weren’t 3 hours later they said that it needs replaced, so they left to look for another faucet, which I could have told them Lowes would not have a replacement. They came back an hour later and said they were unable to find a replacement. In the meantime I had to cancel all of my appointments for the day. They handed me an invoice for $498 ! I paid it but the noticed that he charged me for a replacement faucet $100 , $298 for a repair kit and an additional $100 for mileage. They left my sink was put back backwards it still leaks. I ordered the replacement part from a beauty supply store. I have it and have called them 5 times my husband also called. They won’t respond or return phone calls. I have hired another plumber to repair and replace my faucet. I would never use this plumber!!! Still trying to get my$100 dollar back go the faucet they said they were going to get . Looks like I might have to go to court !!!!!I actually did take them to small claims court. They never appeared at small claims court. I won the verdict and got all my money back plus court costs will see if they pay this is the worst plumbing company I’ve ever had to deal with. I can’t even give them a one star rating. They are horrible. On a side note this is the worst plumbing company I have ever dealt with. They took money from me to purchase parts never did the work, and never paid any of the small claims court that I won. If I could give this a -10 star review!!!!!!!Fire beware don’t ever ever deal with his plumbing company. They are horrible, horrible, horrible.

We called this company to troubleshoot or replace our well booster pump. They showed up, were nice guys and acted professionally, but after several failed attempts to putty together our pump in obvious need of replacement, it was obvious that they did not really know what they were doing. They had the "fixed" pump on for over 1 hour, with water spewing everywhere. They did not even know that the water main needed to be turned on to feed our outside hose bib. Then, they tried to charge us almost $400 for not fixing our problem.

I called Plumber Rooter in Boone to set up a service visit . They were one of few plumbers who tried to work me in this week , for which I was appreciative . They had a cancellation and set up an appointment for Monday at 3:00. The plumber scheduled for my house called at 3:30 to say he was behind and it would be at least 4:30. That was fine . I called at 6,7, and 8 pm with no answer from dispatcher or office phone . I have tried all morning both numbers , no answer on one, no return calls from the other . It only takes 10 seconds to call and say - sorry, got tied up ... or I’ll call and reschedule ....

Nice guy, one of the only plumbers in the area that got back to me after some water came through my downstairs ceiling from an upstairs bathroom. Mike was able to unclog our drain and no more water is leaking while we run the shower. Appreciate his responsiveness in helping us out.

I have always tried to do what I say, of course things sometime happen. Car wrecks, loss of limb, unexpected death, etc; Having said that, I also call and explain why I didn't show. Apparently this is another character trait that has gone by the way side. I had a plumbing emergency that "Rooter Guy" said he would come take care of. He told me point blank, "I'll be there in a couple of hours." Four hours later I called and left a message asking if he was still coming or if I needed to call someone else, still haven't heard from him.I really hate to say this, but this yet another example of someone who doesn't understand the concept of integrity. Doesn't show when he says he will, or even bother with a courtesy call to let you know. Don't waste your time with these kind of folks. That's an honest review.
