He told me what to buy and that he would come back and install it. I was not having immediate problems so I waited and when the shower finally went I purchased what the guy told me to and called for an install. Had an appointment that had someone at the house ready and waiting at 8 AM for my 8 to 12 AM appointment time no one ever came no one ever called. I called the place twice. They said the tech will call when he’s on his way. Never happened so at 7:15 that night I get a call telling me they’re not coming tonight. Can I set up an appointment for the next day Great so I did that. He shows up and doesn’t remember what the issue was here and instead of calling me to find out he just takes the shower head from the box and puts it on. Not the new handle or cover. Just left the old crappy one on. Left the blue tape showing at the shower head and the box full of the rest of the kit strewn around the bathroom When I call and get to speak to him and ask why he did not install the rest of the kit he just tells me anyone can do that the instructions are in the box! So I paid for a full job but only got half of it done. Thanks a lot for that. I suggest you shop around for a plumber who cares about his work.
August 27 · Stacy AndrewsHorrible customer service, guy came out for 85$! Then quoted us nearly 700$ to replace 2 foot of pipe in a very accessible area of the house. I was not home at the time but my girlfriend was and they turned almost all my plumbing to the rest of my heat off and left it. I called back today and they then stated they only flipped the 1 switch… luckily I always take pictures of stuff to remember how stuff either was or how it goes, All around horrible and would not recommend.
May 22 · Darius BaxterDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I paid them $1,700 to repair a water tank and pull a permit. The cost itself was ridiculous, but I was in a crunch with the city of Lansing. The office staff at this company is beyond incompetent and has taken over a month to schedule a very easy inspection to close the permit. The owner of this house has lost over a month of rental income due to their negligence.
May 27 · Vicky GuznackCalled on a Saturday needing a shower valve and handle replacement. Was surprised they could send someone out within 90 minutes. David was terrific and solved our problem. His attention to detail was terrific. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 was the price. Holy moly, I know plumbing services are expensive, but I was unprepared for a quote that was 30% higher than I expected. However, we were in a bind and didn't really have time to shop around for lower prices. We'll use EPH again, but we'll get some other quotes as well.

Please avoid the headache of dealing with this predatory company and seek out a more reputable team. ****Technicians steal from the company and the customer. We were quoted $69 for a diagnosis. The technician Scott arrived and tried to strong-arm an extra $125 to diagnose the issue. Called the company, and they confirmed the fee is and was only $69. He drove off without doing anything, and they are still trying to get us to pay them for coming out despite doing absolutely nothing for us. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.
