I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service and pricing practices of Mrs. Michael Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians.Recently, I paid over $10,000 to have the electrical panel in my home upgraded by this company. While the technicians were professional and the work was completed, the price was excessive compared to industry standards. After reviewing the costs and conducting further research, I discovered that the same upgrade could have been performed by other licensed contractors at a significantly lower cost.In addition, I was persuaded to pay a $200 annual membership fee to join the company’s “club,” which was marketed as a way to receive discounts and priority service. In reality, this program has provided no meaningful benefit and has proven to be neither cost-effective nor worthwhile.For example, I recently contacted the company regarding a plumbing issue involving a strong odor from a laundry room pipe due to the absence of a trap. The technician confirmed the problem and recommended installing a trap, yet quoted over $400 for this simple repair. On top of that, I was billed a $59 service visit fee, even though I agreed to move forward with the repair. In my experience, it is unreasonable and atypical for a company to impose a separate visit fee when a customer proceeds with the recommended work. We did not proceed with the service.This incident caused me to revisit the earlier charges for the electrical panel upgrade, which only reinforced my concern that I had been overcharged from the outset.These practices are misleading, predatory, and inconsistent with fair business standards. Customers are encouraged to purchase an expensive membership with the expectation of savings, yet the actual costs remain excessively high and unjustifiable.To be clear, my complaint is not about the quality of the workmanship, but about the company’s pricing structure and sales tactics. As a Veteran, I take particular offense at feeling exploited after placing my trust in a company that promotes itself as professional and customer-focused.I consulted with multiple companies in the area and they all say I was robbed and to report them to the BBB.

The technician Cody was super nice. Explained every part of process in detail. Answered all my questions. Absolute professional, definitely use again if needed. Price was reasonable. Not too high but not too cheap(anywhere offering cheap most likely does shoddy work imo).

Will came to do yearly maintenance on my HVAC. He called on time, arrived on time and left within the appointment time.He updated me in regards to any problems first with the furnace and then with the AC in order to reduce being overwhelmed-so appreciate that!He did alot of education-i also really appreciate that!He helped me understand if there were any emergent issues and because of the education I knew why I needed to get an update on my furnace!He was also sensitive to my allotted budget for the update and I never felt pressured to spend more.I highly recommend Mrs. Michael's-good work ethic, prompt and organized, approachable and trustworthy, respectful and they want their newand existing customers to be 100% satisfied!I know-I am one!!! 5 ☆☆☆☆☆!Pam Black
