Amazing Salesmanship.Seriously, my Dad came over and was like, "I know Ray" the dogs all know him. It's really great to have a dependable, kind, approachable person, who knows your house, understand your situation, and instills trust and confidence that they are there with your best interests in mind.Oh and shout out to the finance team for getting everything consolidated with the previous account. Ray was informative, fast, friendly, and efficient. He did not make me feel pressured to do anything that I was uncomfortable doing… like spending more than I needed too!!! The best is that we talked briefly about other things besides plumbing and it felt like I was talking to a new friend. I would highly recommend this company and Ray for plumbing.

Initially contacted Precision on a Wednesday evening. They said they couldn't get anyone out to us until Friday. As it was, the technician didn't arrive until noon. It took him two hours to diagnose the issue - the compressor isn't working. I am not an HVAC guy, but I think I could have guessed that. By the time he left, it was too late to schedule the precision sales guy for that day. When he did come out the next day (Saturday), he said that we basically needed to replace all AC components due to new refrigerant requirements. Then he stated that our town required a permit for AC replacement, so there was no way they could address it any sooner than Monday (if the permit was obtained early enough on that day). He also said that if the customer would call city hall, the city will usually expedite the permit process. My wife went down to city hall in person around noon (Precision said give them a couple hours in the morning to get all their permit paperwork submitted). City hall told my wife there was no need for her to have come in. They had no permit backlog and as soon as Precision sumbitted the request, they could process it. We didn't hear from the sales guy until around 1:30pm. He told me they were submitting the permit at that time. So Monday was lost. Thanks to constant communication from my frantic wife, they got the permit on Tuesday morning and had the install team out there by 10:30am. By 3:30pm we had a new AC unit! The new AC stopped worked about 24 hours later! Another technician came out early Thursday morning and said a wire on the compressor had come loose. We then had hassle-free cool air for three more days until I noticed pooling water by the furnace. There appears to be condensation on the pipe coming from the outside compressor and dripping on a new electrical underneath. Precision is sending back out their install technicians tomorrow morning. Of course I have relatives in from Florida tonight, so I hope AC behaves until the technicians show up.
