Lakeshore Plumbing and Septic Introduce
For homeowners and businesses throughout the Southwest Michigan region, particularly around Bangor, South Haven, and Van Buren County, reliable plumbing and septic service is more than a convenience—it's a necessity. Lakeshore Plumbing and Septic, a locally based Michigan company, provides comprehensive solutions for both immediate plumbing issues and critical septic system maintenance. Having been in business for two decades, this company has established itself as a valuable local resource for those dual-service needs, which are often essential in the diverse residential and commercial properties found along the Lake Michigan shoreline and inland communities.
Operating from their base in Bangor, Lakeshore Plumbing and Septic is positioned to offer a wide array of repair and installation services. Their expertise spans the full spectrum of plumbing work, from simple faucet fixes to complex sewer repairs. This breadth of service ensures that when a plumbing emergency strikes or when routine maintenance is due, local residents only need to make one call. Furthermore, in areas where municipal sewer systems are not available, the company’s specialization in septic systems is invaluable, providing essential services like pumping and routine care to keep wastewater systems functioning properly and safely for the surrounding environment.
The importance of a local, full-service provider cannot be overstated. Michigan's changing seasons bring specific challenges—from the deep freeze of winter affecting pipes to the heavy use of systems in summer vacation rentals near the lakeshore. Lakeshore Plumbing and Septic’s deep local knowledge means they understand these regional demands and can offer effective, lasting solutions tailored to the conditions of your Southwest Michigan property. They handle the full scope of residential and commercial work, which makes them a flexible and capable partner for any property owner in the area, whether you need a quick repair or are undertaking a larger-scale project.
Like any service business, customer experiences can vary, and it is important to consider the full range of feedback. While one customer was "very impressed by Joshua and His professionalism and expertise" in resolving a garbage disposal issue, noting the "pleasant" experience and a high recommendation, another review details significant dissatisfaction regarding an unresolved drain issue, an unsealed toilet, and difficult communication post-service. This difference in experience highlights the importance of open communication with the company to ensure all aspects of the job are completed to your satisfaction and that any subsequent issues are promptly and effectively addressed. A reputable company should always strive to resolve customer complaints to maintain their standing in the local community.
Lakeshore Plumbing and Septic is strategically located in the heart of Van Buren County, making them accessible for service calls across the region. Their central location in Bangor allows them to serve surrounding areas, including South Haven, Covert, and other communities along the lakeshore, where the demand for both plumbing and septic services is high.

In a community like Bangor and its surrounding areas, this combination of expertise—plumbing, septic, and even excavating—is highly beneficial, allowing for coordinated and efficient service for issues that often overlap, such as sewer line blockages or drain problems related to a septic system. July 03 · Vince XOne of their angry workers came out, couldn’t clear our drain. Left the toilet unsealed it is rocking back and forth because it was not tightened at all. Water is leaking out of the side of the toilet. On top of that water is still backing up through our drain in our laundry room.Called and advised them of the problem and they gave us nothing but problems. Use a different service this company isn’t worth your time.
April 07 · Dontae GroseToday I used these guys for the second time in the past week. First time for a clogged toilet with roots in the pipes. While they were at my house, I asked them about a new drain plug. Nick was very professional and sent me a quote for replacing old drain and old drum trap with a ptrap. Both crews were very professional and did an awesome job. I will definitely use them for any future plumping I need done. Thanks guys and Merry Christmas.Joey McLean
December 20 · Joe McLeanThis is a review for a few different jobs done by Josh @ Lakeshore way back in May. First he replaced my water heater and then he replaced a sewer ejector pump for us.Top notch service. Josh is always punctual, he is always knowledgeable and can explain things at a level I can understand, and craft/workmanship is top-notch. 3 months later everything is still perfect without any issues and (for what its worth) looking nicer then ever.Thank you Josh! Thank you Lakeshore!
August 19 · Lord SpriteTodd was amazing! Even came out on the Fourth of July in an emergency situation and got our water heater going right away!
