Integrity Repipe inc Introduce
For homeowners in Southern California facing issues like perpetually low water pressure, surprisingly high water bills, or rusty, bad-tasting water, the need for professional plumbing help is often clear. However, finding a specialist with the necessary experience and a proven trackability record can be a challenge. This is where Integrity Repipe Inc. has established itself as a premier solution for residential repiping and complex leak repairs across the region.
Headquartered in San Clemente, this family-owned and operated company has specialized in water line replacement since as early as 1993, with its Master Repiper, Joe Ludlow, having over 35 years of industry experience. This deep specialization in repiping, as opposed to general plumbing, positions the company as a true expert in diagnosing and permanently resolving issues related to failing pipe systems like galvanized, copper, or polybutylene. The company is particularly recognized for being voted the #1 turnkey repiping company in the USA by a vast number of homeowners involved in a nationwide class action lawsuit, a testament to their long-standing reliability and quality of work.
Integrity Repipe Inc. offers more than just pipe replacement; they provide a comprehensive, start-to-finish service. Their highly trained technicians are not only plumbers but are also skilled in the final phases of the project, including in-house patchwork. This means that once the new piping system is installed, they properly patch and texture the walls, minimizing the disruption to your home. This commitment to quality and completeness is a significant reason why many California residents choose them for their most essential home repairs.
The company maintains a strong reputation across various platforms, often receiving five-star ratings on Google, Yelp, and Angi. Furthermore, they boast an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, reinforcing their status as a trustworthy contractor in the competitive Southern California market. Testimonials often highlight their professionalism, speed of service—with many repipe jobs completed in just one day—and the thoroughness of their cleanup, which includes the important finishing step of drywall repair.
The core of Integrity Repipe Inc.’s operation is providing a permanent solution to persistent plumbing problems. They offer a clear choice between two highly effective piping materials: the tried-and-true Type L Copper and the modern, durable Uponor PEX A or Zurn PEX B systems. They guide homeowners through the pros and cons of each, ensuring the new installation meets the specific long-term needs of the home and the homeowner’s budget. Their extensive experience includes completing over 41,000 repiping projects, demonstrating their capability to handle projects of all sizes and complexities.
Integrity Repipe Inc. is proudly based in the heart of Orange County, California, with its primary office serving as a hub for its widespread operations across Southern California. While their physical headquarters is a cornerstone of their service, their field teams are equipped to serve a very large area. They extend their repiping and repair services from the bustling urban sprawl of Los Angeles County all the way down to the coastal cities of San Diego County, covering major population centers in Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties as well.
The centralized base in San Clemente allows for strategic deployment of their dedicated, in-house crews, ensuring a fast response time, particularly for emergency situations. The company prides itself on being accessible with 24-hour emergency services available every day, recognizing that a significant water leak or total pipe failure can happen at any time. For those looking to schedule a consultation, they offer free, no-obligation, in-home estimates to properly assess the scope of work without any upfront cost to the homeowner.

Integrity Repipe inc Reviews
I was referred to Integrity Repipe after multiple of my San Clemente neighbors had great experiences. They did an incredible job prepping the house so minimal dust/cleanup was required after. They were very professional. The re-pipe itself was finished in sub 4 hours for day 1. The city found no issues with their work. they did a great job patching up. I had a great experience and would recommend them to anyone.
August 20 · Kyle VanderzandenI had repipe done by Integrity Repipe 4 years ago and was happy with the quality of the work and professionalism. Recently the ice maker pipe had a small leak. The plumber was able to fix it right away and fortunately there were no damages to the wall and floor. I called Joe the next day and he reimbursed me for the repair. Thanks Joe and Heather for the great work.
October 05 · PaulIntegrity came out to repipe our home today. The team was polite and very professional. Anyone bashing these guys on reviews has something else going on in their life that they are upset about. They were all great and the work was top notch. Guillermo was a great representative of the company with excellent communication skills. I have murals painted all over my house and he discussed with me which side of our shower walls he would remove and chose the side with less complicated murals so that it would be easier for me to repaint. Just a really nice guy. They really took everything into consideration, and did our entire townhouse in a single day which still blows my mind. They even have a lady who is there just to clean, and she cleaned things that weren't even part of the demo (like behind our dog crate which had to be moved so the fridge could be pulled out. Cannot sing better praise for these guys.
December 17 · Nicole NocentinoThis was the second slab leak my house had despite being only 20 years old. The previous owner had done just a local re-route the first time. My home warranty plumber recommended re-piping the whole house rather than just rerouting locally to avoid future issues. I got 4 different quotes with varying cost and work duration.Noel, Integrity's project manager, came out to walk through and give an estimate. He took time to answer questions and gave a lot of information regarding the process and also the rationale behind their company's recommendation to go with Zurn PEX-B and expansion fittings (warranty issues with Uponor PEX-A, failures with PEX crimp fittings).Celestino, Solomon, and their re-piping team of 5 were incredible. They showed up early on Friday morning. After a walkthrough to confirm the plan, the crew moved and covered furniture with drapes and plastic to protect them. Re-piping is no joke: 50-60 holes in drywall and stucco, lots of dust everywhere, a number of corroded copper pipes pulled out of the walls to make space for the new PEX. The water was off from about 9am until 4:30pm. After the crew turned on the water to check their work, they caulked all the new shower fixtures and cleaned up everything. They even helped me temporarily cover the holes in the outside stucco with plastic and cardboard! They also found that my water heater needed an expansion tank to be up to code and installed that as well. The whole team was gracious and careful, and Solomon even drew a diagram of the new pipes on my floor plan for my reference that will be helpful for any future work that may need to be done.I'll be happy to recommend integrity to my HOA, as our community unfortunately has endemic slab leaks, and would highly recommend Integrity (especially brothers Celestino and Solomon Perez, who made sure the repiping portion went so smoothly) for anyone else who may need to repipe.
