The work done was so helpful! My parents have been dealing with backed up sewage for years. They came in immediately and did the work. Truly looks professional.. Brandon ; Scott; and Andrew were very friendly and they kept us informed

Brian was called to my home and was tasked with fixing by slow drain sink in the kitchen and the bathroom. He did a GREAT job. His customer service and his quality of work were outstanding. He was friendly, honest, and he diagnosed the problem, thoroughly fixed the problem, which turned out to be a big job,.in a few hours. His attention to detail was appreciated, and he even explained to me to use a coupon that was available that I did not know about. This is the kind of customer service that points me back to roto rooter anytime I need help with a plumbing issue. Great Job, Brian and Roto Rooter.

Brian came out to clear my main drain and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was honest with the up front costs and gave me of issues that could arise. I appreciate him coming out so quickly and was able to get me back in working order!

I had a backed-up laundry tub and a sluggish floor drain. Andrew from Roto-Rooter was great! Before doing any work, he clearly explained all my options and was upfront about pricing - no hidden fees or surprise charges.Andrew ended up removing a massive clump of tree roots. Problem solved!From the moment I called, everyone at Roto-Rooter was responsive, courteous and professional. Recommended!
