Dan Allen was the technician who came to my mom’s apartment to install her bidet. He was friendly, professional, and completed the installation quickly and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend Dan and everyone I dealt with at Mr. Rooter Plumbing. I would hire them again!

****Very disappointed with Mr. Rooter’s service****We recently had a water softener installed by one of their technicians, Derek Foellmi, and the experience has been a nightmare. The unit was connected incorrectly (in reverse), which caused black particles to appear in our bathtub and faucets, and even led to our washing machine stopping completely. Eventually, the water lines clogged, and we were left without running water for a couple of days. When a different team finally came to fix it, it took nearly six hours just to bypass the softener as a temporary solution. Now we’re stuck using hard water while waiting for them to find parts and reinstall it properly. The lack of professionalism and technical knowledge was frustrating, and it caused a major disruption to our household. I would not recommend Mr. Rooter for water softener installations. Find a more reliable and qualified provider.
