I called Plumb Tite to receive a 2nd opinion on a sewer line issue and John was thorough with his inspection and explained everything that I needed. I requested an estimate to replace a sump pump and battery backup system. I was on a work call when John arrived, he immediately went to look at my pump and was very patient while we waited for my call to wrap up so he could walk me through my options. John gave me the estimate and was able to come back a few hours later to install the pump and backup that same day. John was a very approachable and a very knowledgeable guy, he explained the issues and how to fix that issue. He used his snake machine to accomplish the job of snaking the drain from the utility sink. That fixed the drain!
