Jaymeson and every apprentice/new employee he brought with him throughout all the extensive work I had done were nothing less than professional, capable and helpful in troubleshooting what would work best for us. We were swapping out all our brushed nickel fixtures to brass or black. He listened intently to each problem and offered some solutions I didn’t even know about, running the gamut between quick (cheapest) fix and permanent (more expensive, but the problem is gone) repairs. I’ve used Maxwell White exclusively since 2008 on 3 different homes we’ve had in the area (100-year old home to brand new) and from appointment setting to receiving transparent estimates before work is done to making an easy credit card payment when work is done; we’ll never use anyone else.

While he was here, he also took care of a leaking kitchen sink drain and completed a full home plumbing safety evaluation.The pricing was much more reasonable than other plumbers in the area, yet the quality of work was absolutely top-notch. Maxwell White helped with our renovation of kitchen and bathrooms. It included disconnecting dishwasher, garbage disposal and sinks, moving plumbing and installing new connections. Austin and team did a fantastic job! They communicated and listened well during the process!We highly recommend MW and Austin without any reservations! Great job!
