★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Ross provided excellent customer service. He was friendly-showing concern with my concerns and was fully vested in resolving the source of my toilet clogs. He also was very thorough. He took extra steps by evaluating my plumbing system (filtration system installed last year) to ensure it was working properly . Whenever Go Green comes for service, I feel secure and confident that my plumbing system is in good standing when they finish. I highly recommend them for all plumbing needs!
October 14 · Ingram LandShannon was kind and accommodating. Robert was quick, efficient and thorough. He was able to locate issues I didn’t know about. He also gave me quotes for fixing what I needed done vs replacing the equipment. Also, I called around and the have the cheapest service call fee.Another Robert came out to give an estimate on replacing my unit. He was very quick and sat down with me and patiently went over every detail and made sure I understood what was needed. I appreciate them both!
September 23 · Falyn LeBeaufHighly recommend these guys. They do a good job of keeping you informed throughout the process. Also shoutout to Gerrell Davis for plumbing. He did an outstanding job and made sure the job was done right. The quality of work shows with how clean he made the install. 5/5
October 05 · Shutter304Go Green Plumbing has once again done excellent work. They previously replaced a pipe to our well which had been cut by AT&T or Duke Energy in 2024. This time they installed a NEW HVAC system in August 2025. Michael Faucette was thorough in his explanation of the different systems and why the one he recommended was best for us. He mentioned to me that this new HVAC system would cause the main one to do less work. He was 100% correct. New system is cranking but cuts off when it is not needed. Very efficient. Installers were thorough too. My husband was present for the installation. He was pleased with professionalism, thoroughness, and cleanliness. We used Go Green Plumbing a 3rd time when our well pump and system went out in early September 2025! You will be in excellent hands by choosing Go Green Plumbing LOCAL OWNED. NOT PRIVATE EQUITY COMPANY. Support Local Businesses!!
September 26 · Shawn Dalton-BetheaThe company handled everything beautifully from updates to technician info etc. Both the plumber and electrician were respectful, kind and knowledgeable. So accolades to the Team!!! All of that part was perfect. The only reason I gave a lower rating was due to pricing. I felt like it is way overpriced.
