This detailed profile provides an in-depth look at Allegis Plumbing, a service provider operating out of the heart of Nashville, offering core plumbing services to the community.
When choosing any local service provider, Tennessee homeowners often look for a transparent business history, a clear list of available services, and, most importantly, reliable customer feedback. This comprehensive guide is designed to help you make an informed decision when seeking professional plumbing assistance in the Nashville, TN region.
Understanding a company's focus is the first step. Allegis Plumbing is identified as a local plumber, concentrating its services on essential repair and installation needs. Homeowners often need assistance with common problems such as leaks or the replacement of vital home appliances like water heaters. This company positions itself as a resource for tackling these necessary residential and commercial plumbing tasks. As with any service provider, users are encouraged to call ahead to confirm their current service area boundaries and scheduling availability, especially for homes located on the outskirts of the greater Nashville region. Accessibility of the physical address is generally high due to its proximity to the city center and main roadways.

What is Worth Choosing: A Factual Assessment for the Tennessee Consumer
When selecting a plumbing service in Tennessee, a fully informed choice requires considering all available and provided data, including customer feedback. Allegis Plumbing offers fundamental and necessary services like leak detection and water heater installation from a central Nashville location. However, it is essential for prospective customers to be aware of the detailed information provided in multiple customer accounts regarding service practices and interactions, which appear to contradict the ideal customer experience.
A review provided by a Cinch home warranty user noted a lengthy back-and-forth process, an initial payment for a consultation, and a subsequent claim denial based on an alleged cracked toilet that the customer stated was not factual. The review explicitly mentions a month of wasted time and strongly advises against dealing with the company. Another separate customer, also assigned the company through Cinch home warranty, reported that Allegis Plumbing allegedly misrepresented the cause of a plumbing issue as a 'frozen pipe,' which resulted in a warranty claim denial and an expensive quote of $2200.00. This customer then hired a different company (Hiller) which correctly identified the issue as a pipe leak and fixed it for less than $500.00, characterizing the Allegis quote and diagnosis as a 'scam.' The customer also noted the technician's abrupt departure when confronted about the assessment while the warranty company was on the line.
These provided accounts highlight a critical pattern of reported issues, including:
- Allegations of prolonged and ineffective service processes.
- Serious claims of inaccurate diagnostic reporting that led to warranty claim denials.
- Reports of significantly inflated pricing for repair work compared to other local providers.
- Concerns regarding the integrity and honesty of communication.
Given these recurring and specific factual statements from the provided customer reviews, local users in Tennessee must exercise caution and conduct thorough due diligence before engaging Allegis Plumbing. While they possess the capability to perform essential services, as noted by their focus on water heater installation and leak detection, the consistent negative reports regarding pricing, diagnostic honesty, and service reliability, particularly in connection with home warranty work, are significant factors that cannot be overlooked. Customers should consider obtaining multiple quotes, especially for major work like water heater replacement or large repairs, and seek explicit, detailed diagnoses in writing to ensure full transparency and accountability before authorizing any service or payment. The choice to utilize this provider should be made with full awareness of the provided and reported customer experiences.
A final, essential piece of advice for any Tennessee resident considering this company is to prioritize clarity and documentation. Secure a clear, written estimate for any work beyond the initial diagnostic fee. If a diagnosis leads to a warranty denial or a high-cost repair recommendation, obtaining a second opinion from a different, well-rated local plumber is a strongly advisable step to protect your financial and property interests.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We have the Cinch home warranty and they assigned this company to fix a leaky toilet. The tech came and took our money, looked at the toilet, took pictures, then he was gone. He claimed he was going to give the warranty company more information so that he could lift the toilet and fix the leak. However, a month has passed and we have gone back-and-forth between the warranty company and this plumber. When we finally thought we had it all worked out, he then told Cinch our toilet was cracked and so the claim was denied. This toilet is not cracked. He took our money and more importantly he took our time over the last month dealing with trying to get someone back out. As many of the other reviews say, I do not suggest dealing with this company.
September 19 · Valorie BowersMy warranty company Cinch sent this plumbing company to my house. They reported to my warranty company it was due to a frozen pipe which was a lie. So, my warranty company Cinch denied the claim and he quoted us 2200.00 dollars of work, which my husband knew it was a scam.. When my comforted him, and I had the warranty company on the phone who was willing to hear all details of how he came up with this assessment. He said he would later that he had another job to do! Beware if your warranty company sends them to your home! Scammers! I had a great company Hiller access the issue and it was not a frozen pipe, but a leak from a pipe coming unglued!! Hiller charged not even 500.00 to fix Vs 2200.00 this company quoted !
March 11 · Patricia MarshWe purchased a new home with their new state-of-the-art water heater in Nov. 22,2011. So far it has worked great and our water bill has been really low. 1- it is installed in a corner of our garage wall,in a small area, off of the floor. It is a little bigger than an electrical box. 2- It makes hot water as needed. 3- It takes seconds to make hot water. It is a very cost effected system and well worth the money. With the money that you saved compared to a large water heater, it pays for its self in no time. This company stays current on all new future friendly products. For the customer that means the newest system on the market at that time that you need a water heater. As well as cost effective. You buy into the newest of technology when you contact Allegis Plumbing for a job. We moved from Virginia to Tennessee in Nov. 2011 and this technology was very new to us. Great people but I do not know about their service because we have had no problem to contact them about.
August 07 · Ron WilsonThis so called company is a JOKE. Our warranty company suggested this company for the plumbing problems we had. They never showed up. We called, text and still no answer. After 48 hours I used my granddaughter phone to call the company. He answered, I told him who I was and he said (oh). I asked why do you have your company on the warranty list and you don’t want the job. He didn’t answer…just silence on the phone. I asked will you get here it’s already been 48 hours. He stated…I’m can come in the morning around 8:00am and no later than 8:30am. He lied 🤥 a no show. Just beware of this company. Absolutely disgusting.👎🏾
February 01 · J. “Esta” C.Promise to come on schedule but didn't until we followed up several times. Came already late in the afternoon. Replaced leaking pressure regulator and charge us very high $550. ( cost of regulator at Lowe's or Home Depot to be around $70 - $100 only). WONT use their services again.
