What is Worth Choosing
The extensive offerings of Schwartz Plumbing Inc make them a uniquely capable provider in the Rochester Hills and greater Michigan area. For customers who value a single contractor capable of handling projects ranging from minor residential repairs to large-scale industrial installations and complex new construction plumbing, their broad service list is their greatest asset. This comprehensive approach is particularly beneficial for commercial property managers or residential developers who require consistent, large-scale support. The confirmed capacity for mechanical work and construction services places them a step above typical general plumbing operations.
However, when selecting any contractor, including Schwartz Plumbing Inc, it is a recommended best practice for Michigan consumers to exercise thorough due diligence, especially when engaging in high-cost or complicated projects such as remodels or new construction. Public records show a strong emphasis on helpfulness and timeliness from some clients, contrasted by severe contractual and payment disputes reported by another client. Therefore, it is strongly advised that potential clients:
- Request to see current licenses, liability insurance, and worker's compensation documents.
- Ensure all scope of work, material specifications, and payment terms are detailed clearly in a written contract signed by both parties.
- Establish a clear procedure for required City Code inspections, ensuring that final payments are explicitly contingent upon the successful completion of all contracted work and the passing of all mandated government inspections, as stipulated in any agreement.
By taking these prudent steps, Michigan users can better protect their investments while leveraging the extensive, full-spectrum plumbing and mechanical expertise that Schwartz Plumbing Inc offers.
