Jesse came out within 30 minutes of calling right at dinner time on a Monday night to clear our drain line that had just backed up into the basement. He was cordial, super helpful, very clean about making his way to the access and cleaned up the area very nicely before he left.Can NOT say enough good things about him, he even talked to us about a lot of great tips to prevent this from ever happening again, after he had finished up the job and cleaned everything up of course. I was genuinely surprised at how helpful and kind he was to us.Best of all; the price was actually not as bad as most would expect and he even gave a free assessment and estimate for the fix before locking us into anything. It was a pleasure having him come to the rescue and while we hope we don’t have an emergency again, we do hope he’s the one who shows up if we do have another problem.Thanks Jesse, you really went above and beyond. I’d give a million stars if I could. Quality, reliable, honest work is hard to come by but Jesse delivers that and more.Amazing.

Thank you, Mike for your professionalism and excellent work fixing the pinhole leak in our copper piping in the basement! Mike arrived after 8:00am shadowed by Shawn a recent hire in sales. Both men were friendly and professional. Mike located the pinhole leak quickly and gave me two options for repair. I opted for the more permanent repair job, which required replacing more piping. Additionally, Mike flushed all of our sinks, and he identified leaking rubber flaps in our lower level toilet, which I will replace. He advised me not to put chlorine tablets in the tank because the chlorine eats away at the rubber flaps. In short, I could not be happier with the expert work Mike performed to fix our plumbing.

Definitely will be using Roto-Rooter again! I enjoyed working with my plumber, Mike, who was personable, knowledgeable, and treated me like a partner during the entire process. Throughout my appointment I felt well informed about my different options and felt confident when making final decisions about my water softener. I usually dread home service appointments, but I feel confident that Roto-Rooter will solve any plumbing issue I have in the future!

We recently had some work done which includes excavating our yard for some repair of some pipeline, Joe and Steve came out and they did an amazing job. Even though today was supposed to be one of the coldest days, they both took their time and made sure everything was done correctly and in a timely fashion. I just want to shout out to them both and thank you so much for doing such a great job…. I would recommend rotor rooter to all my friends and family.. Thank you, Estrada familyI also wanna say Na And Spencer when they came out, they did amazing job explaining to us exactly what needed to be done. Michael did a great job. Had to get a toilet replaced which was completed and fixed the root cause (drain needed to be augered). Price was on point, and comparable to what I researched. 100% recommend!
