September 20 · Carol BanyaiWe have referred Olde Towne to our customers and have had nothing but great feed back, they communicate well have great staff and take on small jobs as well as large ones. We actually have them as a written referral in our service contract!
August 19 · Ann Arbor Hardwoods LLCThey replaced my back up sump pump, left it unconnected to the pre-existing underground drainage system (that a different company had already dug), and blamed me for when the pump failed and my basement flooded. They might be good with their hands, but they’re not too good with their brains. They have no empathy, and do not stand behind their work. It’s really hard to find a good plumber, I know from experience, but you really need to find a company that will stand behind its work and at least make an attempt to make things right.
July 07 · alonkahanaWe are so pleased with our service from this company. Clear communication from the plumbers, and we are pleased with the work they do. Excellent customer service from both office and field, and fair pricing, too.
May 12 · Mattie RifeThe work is done well enough. I did have a few issues with some small things washer shut off valves cabinet cover not put on, a picture knocked off the wall, glass broken. All of the workers were very nice. I had to have them return and was charged an additional $75 travel fee for a 4.8 mile drive to my home. I feel this charge is way over priced. I would not use them again or recommend them to anyone.
