March 12 · Warren KBSet up appointment with plumbers at property for first am service. They were four hours late due to emergency. They installed two new toilets and didn’t bolt down the seats installed Installed a Water heater along with removing an existing water softener unit by cutting off a PVC pipe trap without capping it. They were supposed to take the old water softener tank, but left in the basement full of water for me to deal with then after they left I tried to get hot water to run through faucets it didn’t come on, when I went to the basement, I discovered they didn’t even turn the water back on. The company initially addressed my complaints and gave me a small amount off of my bill. Unfortunately, my trash company won’t take the old water softener tank so I’m stuck with it Now only two months later , the water heater they supplied and installed is leaking and I’ve been calling for three days with no response. Obviously this company does not care about repeat business because they do not address warranty concerns.
October 07 · Kara WilliamsHad them go to our property that we bought in October. They broke their tool off in the bathroom sink drain which then caused the toilet not to work as well. They left it unusable all weekend. This is a one bathroom rental property. They were supposed to come back today and fix it after the tenants with three small children had to use the gas station toilet all week. They were supposed to be there at 830 this morning. At 1150 we called and they said they’d be there in 45 mins. At 3 we called again. They then accused us of knowing there were plumbing issues and that we were backing them into a corner. Very unprofessional and don’t care about the people they are servicing. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
