August 09 · Diana MuniakGreat crew! Super strong, professional plumbing and repair. Replaced the main sewer under the house and gave clear, useable advice on how to maintain it.10k thumbs up?

August 13 · Donna AndersonWow what a pain company to deal with. I will never, ever use WyattWorks again, and will steer anyone I meet straight away from them.I let them know I had a water pressure issue at the house. They sent me a tech who had no idea about water pressure at all.He informed me that my problem was an old water filter. Seemed unlikely, but I was reassured by WyattWorks' very high 4.9 Google review score. And he was the expert, right?Surprise surprise, replacing that water filter did not help my water pressure. (And I am out almost $1k in an hour or less of his work.) The tech then calls someone who correctly diagnoses the bladder tank, which he tells me will now cost me another $2.2k to fix. No thanks. After stewing for a couple weeks about how bad WyattWorks burned me, I posted this review (original at the bottom.) Literally less than 15 minutes later, they call me up.They tell me that they already knew the tech did me wrong and internally reprimanded him weeks ago. They also tell me that they do typically bill “$700 for an hour” of non-emergency work "if that is what the job charges." Such as, a completely straightforward filter housing replacement.WyattWorks did NOTHING to refund me, contact me or try to make my problem right ... until I wrote my review. After I wrote my review, their main focus was simply, to get me to change my review. It was obvious that they were quite happy to keep my thousand dollars that I should never have been charged. They only refunded me to try to get me to change my review. After consideration, in conscience, I need to leave the review at one star (zero if I could.) How many other bad reviews have they gotten removed with their aggressive review curating? What a terrible experience, and a company to avoid.Original review below.----I rarely write reviews but my experience here really incensed me. I paid WyattWorks for a novice plumber who clearly did not know what he was doing or talking about to incorrectly diagnose my non-urgent plumbing issue and then charge me almost $1,000 for ONE HOUR of work and a couple inexpensive parts. When the problem was not resolved, the tech then recommended a second fix, which would have cost 2-3x more than the first one. I chose to NOT have him attempt that job. Since then I hired someone else (not from WyattWorks) to diagnose and successfully fix my simple plumbing problem for a couple hundred dollars that WyattWorks was going to charge me well over $3k for.On top of everything else, the WW tech failed to leave me an itemized invoice telling me what I was even charged for, and he failed to do several other details that he promised to do (leaving me info of where to get maintenance parts and other follow-up information). Another tidbit, the tech swore up and down that heat pump water heaters literally "do not exist", which is disproven by a one-second Google search or visit to the nearest Home Depot. This incompetent tech is out here charging me way more per hour than even my dental surgeon? I could not be more dissatisfied with their service and feel that "completely scammed" is the most accurate description of my experience. On the upside, the tech was clean, polite, and on time as he burned through my paycheck with his incorrect fix that any novice plumber should have been able to correctly diagnose and fix for a fraction of the price. (Actually turns out my HVAC guy knew more about plumbing than this guy and charged exponentially less.) WyattWorks will NOT have any business from me in the future, and I regret that I attempted to use their services.
March 12 · Karl WickJean arrived ready to work! I needed an old dishwasher removed and a new one installed. He assessed the current connections and got to work. He worked carefully and tested the new installation before he secured it in. Everything works perfectly and he left no trace! It's the prompt, reliable service I know I'll get when I call WyattWorks. Jean was a true pleasure! And so competent. Highly recommend!
