Very quick on coming out for a thorough estimate. Jeff gave us food for thought on what made sense long term when it came to a new toilet install. We had already got a toilet for what we thought we were going to do in our bathroom and decided to go a different route. Jeff helped us get a full refund on that toilet. Their system for communicating also makes things very simple to get the ball rolling or provide additional information to help them provide the best service possible! Dixie, their receptionist is also very personable and friendly over the phone. When Ryan and Don came to do the work they were awesome at what they do and were extremely hard workers! Highly recommend for any future plumbing needs!

We had a water heater failure and submitted a claim through our home warranty provider. I submitted the claim early this morning. Dixie from Evan’s Plumbing called me at 7:15am this morning and was amazing to talk with. She said they were booked up with jobs today because of the Labor Day holiday on Monday, but she was going to get us worked in.Fast forward to only 3 hours later, I get a text that a technician is en route to our house. They showed up, evaluated the issue, called the owner to discuss and help diagnose the issue. It was found that there was I high probability it would leak soon after if they only repaired it, so they worked with HSA Home Warranty on the claim. I was determined it would be replaced.They left the house to grab a new water heater, returned shortly after and had all the old tore out and the new installed and working before 2pm.Jeff, the owner, and Dixie were completely, 100% focused on our satisfaction. They went above and beyond to provide us with a memorable service call.We will always carry an HSA 7 Star Upgrade home warranty on our home, and we will definitely be referring Evan’s Plumbing to anyone who asks about who is the best to work with, and who does the best job.They made not only our day and our holiday weekend much much better, they have reinforced our faith that small business owners care about their customer’s needs over and above the big guys.
