I can't recommend B&D enough! They may be considered a small business but they have done everything right to adapt to the level of service everyone expects in this day and age.Their website was easy to schedule a service appointment. When we were told we probably needed a replacement unit they guided us on best value but still gave all the options. They were available to replace our AC unit within 24 hours in the heat of summer. All of these are huge perks in my book!Their financing options are also very handy.Alex and Jason installed our new AC and furnace unit and were great. They were here when we expected them, asked for the best way to access the furnace, and then just went to work. When they completed everything they made sure they left no trace they were even here, and they explained what to expect and showed us how to use our new thermostat. All around, they exceeded expectations!

I had my air exchanger replaced. The first bid felt way too high so I got two others. B&D was half the price of my highest bid for the exact same model! Drew came out to give me the estimate. He was fair and honest, and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Alex and Jason came out to do the replacement. They were polite, professional and fast. They were also very careful to not bump/scratch the walls which I really appreciated, and cleaned up everything very well. Great experience!

Our experiences with B & D Plumbing have been nothing short of excellent. Recently Brandon & Luke replaced a water heater and installed a whole-house water filtration system. They were meticulous, efficient, and knowledgeable. They performed similarly replacing a toilet and Issac (sp?) did a nice job repairing another toilet.
