Plumbing 911 Introduce
Plumbing is an essential service for every home and business across Northeast Ohio, particularly in established communities like Mayfield Heights where aging infrastructure can often lead to unexpected issues. Finding a reliable, professional, and prompt plumber is crucial for protecting your property and maintaining your daily routine. Plumbing 911, a family-owned and operated company, is a prominent provider of comprehensive plumbing services, addressing everything from minor leaks to major sewer line emergencies across multiple counties in the region, including Cuyahoga, Lake, Medina, Portage, Summit, and Stark.
Operating out of Mayfield Heights, Plumbing 911 aims to be the go-to resource for residents and commercial property owners needing quick, efficient, and dependable plumbing solutions. With a focus on residential and commercial clients, the company emphasizes providing full-service care, promising a high degree of customer satisfaction on every job. Their commitment to the community is evidenced by their long-standing local service, having reportedly served over 150 cities in seven Northeast Ohio counties since 2008. This extensive service area means that while they are located in Mayfield Heights, their expertise is available to a large portion of the Greater Cleveland and Akron metropolitan areas.
The importance of a well-functioning plumbing system cannot be overstated. In a city like Mayfield Heights, a suburb of Cleveland known for its mix of families, young professionals, and retirees, many homes were constructed mid-century. These older properties are often susceptible to plumbing challenges like deteriorating pipes, root intrusion in sewer lines, and drainage issues. A local plumber with extensive experience in the area's specific infrastructure is a valuable asset, and this company highlights their ability to handle the full spectrum of modern and historical plumbing systems. Whether the issue is a simple running toilet or a critical sewer backup, their approach is centered on quick dispatch and professional resolution.
When choosing a service provider for something as critical as your plumbing, reputation and reliability are key factors. Plumbing 911 markets itself as a trustworthy and licensed provider. While some customer experiences reflect high satisfaction with professionalism, speed, and quality of work—highlighting technicians like "Josh" and "John" for their knowledge and courtesy in successfully resolving issues like pipe replacements and sewer failures—it is advisable for all customers to confirm pricing and scope of work upfront to ensure clarity before any service begins, especially during emergency situations. The company states a commitment to providing free estimates and upfront pricing to maintain transparency with their clients.
The structure of homes in Mayfield Heights, with many similar-looking Cape Cod and bungalow styles built in the 1950s, suggests a consistent type of plumbing system across the area, which plays into the advantage of a local company familiar with these particular challenges. Services range from immediate emergency response to complex installation and maintenance projects, catering to both the immediate crisis and long-term upkeep necessary for older Ohio homes.
Plumbing 911 is physically located in the Northeast Ohio city of Mayfield Heights, a thriving suburb of Cleveland in Cuyahoga County. The city itself is highly accessible, situated with Interstate 271 running directly through it, providing straightforward travel routes to surrounding communities and the Greater Cleveland area.
The address serves as the base of operations for dispatching plumbers throughout their extensive service network. This central location in a highly connected suburb is a strategic advantage for a company that services a wide regional area, allowing them to effectively reach customers in Cuyahoga, Lake, Medina, Portage, Summit, and Stark counties. The accessibility of the location is crucial for providing the quick response times often required for plumbing emergencies across the region.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Plumber came to my home cut a hole in the ceiling and said that they could see the water was leaking behind the wall but couldn't tell where it was coming from. The plumber told me to contact someone else. They told me it $90 to come out and when they got to my home they charged me $280 to cut the hole in the wall and investigate. They tech made no attempt to mitigate or investigate the issue further even. It seemed like they were just trying to hurry up and get done with the call because it was the weekend. I would never recommend this company. I paid the money but I thought it was strange how the plumber worked. After speaking with multiple plumbing companies for reference I now know that not how the situation should have been handled. 911 plumbing took advantage of me in an emergency situation.
May 07 · Greg BarrowI would recommend Josh for all your plumbing needs. He did a good job replacing a pipe in our basement. Courteous and professional and knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you Josh!
March 26 · Don RossJosh got the job done quickly, communicated well, and was able to turn the water back on for my tenant. I called last night, and services were done by the afternoon today. HIGHLY recommend!
March 11 · Lily HartmanThey were contacted about a shut off valve that wouldn't shut off fully with a washer. They came out quickly, then they left the job not completed with rattling pipes in the whole home. They then put me on the back burner for a few days, then they didn't come out for that appointment and pushed me back further. After coming out it was then discovered they had the hot and cold water hoses attached wrong and said they would come out a few days later. That then turned into them wanting to push it out another 2 days because they claimed they are booked up.Avoid this company unless you want a job not completed correctly the first time and continually pushed back for them coming back to fix their mistakes and I just want them coming out first thing to finish my job they were paid for but they keep wanting to collect money from others and leave my job not correctly completed.
December 31 · A Google UserAs much as I’d like to give this company a 5 star for follow-up, I think for $720 they could’ve fixed the tiles they cracked. Learning lesson. One tile was cracked already before going into this job, but after leaving we have a huge crack to contend with. Per their own photos, I’ve included pics. Also, ‘free estimate’ as their websight claimed. No. $89.00 before they tell you what is wrong and then if you commit to the work, they deduct it. I’m giving the company a token 3 stars because the work was done. 2 for not fixing the tiles. Won’t be back.
