After an unexpected plumbing issue we reached out to Plumber XP. Gabriel, the owner, is great to work with and explained what was required and any additional recommendations based on what was evaluated. He and his team made us feel that we were in safe hands and that the pipe repair would be fixed. It helped that Plumber XP has worked on many homes in our area with similar issues, this made us feel at ease and confident with our decision to move forward. We ultimately needed to repipe our entire home with PEX, installed a water softener system, replaced parts of and re-sleeved the sewer line, new cleanout, and 2 water bibs. This was an overwhelming and stressful process in and of itself, but Gabriel and his team at Plumber XP did an excellent job of keeping us informed at every step of the project. We asked a lot of questions throughout the project and again, Gabriel was very honest and transparent of what we could expectIf you have never had to do this type of project (and we hope you don’t anytime soon!) we can say with confidence that Gabriel and his team at Plumber XP are some of the most honest and professional folks we have ever had the pleasure of working with. The team worked hard in the summer heat throughout the project and sent us update photos and calls/texts throughout the day. From the very beginning we expressed that it was important that the project be done properly, not necessarily fast, and the project did go over a few days but this was not a problem for us as Gabriel pointed out and explained other issues that we were able to fix now rather than down the line when it was an even bigger problem. Gabriel and Eddie both did a final walk through with us to confirm that the project was completed properly and that we were satisfied.A big shoutout to Angela, Gabriel, Belman, Eddie, and the entire crew who joined the effort in finalizing the project. ### Our Positive Experience with Plumber XPWe recently finished a complete house repipe with Plumber XP and would recommend them to anyone considering similar work. The project involved repiping the entire house with PEX, installing a new tankless water heater and water softener, adding three new hose bibs, replacing all valves for sinks, toilets, washer and dryer, and shower heads, installing new shower heads in both bathrooms, removing old appliances like the water heater, and handling thorough cleanup throughout.We obtained several quotes, and while a few were slightly lower, Plumber XP stood out because of a recommendation from our neighbor who had used them for their own repipe. The owner, Gabriel, also made a strong impression by personally handling the initial walkthrough and quote. He was knowledgeable, thorough, patient, and professional—qualities we didn't see as consistently from the other companies. Their quote included drywall patching (but not painting), which was a helpful detail. Gabriel's wife, Angela, handled all the details with the quote, financing, and rebate for the tankless water heater. She was great and walked us through the loan and rebate process step by step. We chose the loan because of their 0% interest offer for 12 months (with the note that it must be paid off by the end to avoid retroactive interest charges).A huge shoutout goes to Enrique and Mario, who were the absolute MVPs of this project—they handled nearly all the hands-on work and were on-site the most, keeping everything on track from start to finish. Despite being young (both around 20), they were incredibly reliable, skilled, and professional every step of the way. They tackled the full repiping, all the valve replacements, hose bib additions, shower head installs, appliance removals, and cleanup with precision and care. The holes they cut in the walls were well thought out and as minimal as possible to make patching easier later. They even picked a great spot for the water softener and tankless water heater—outside, easy to access but out of the way. Small touches like offering to carry my groceries in from the car showed their thoughtful side, and on one tricky task, they drilled a new bar into the wall for a shower head perfectly; when a part was missing, they came back a few days later to wrap it up without a fuss. Marco, one of their electricians, stopped by to add a new 4-outlet box, which was a nice bonus, and Eddie, the project manager, checked in on several days to make sure things were smooth—but Enrique and Mario were the steady force driving it all. The job took about a week; they arrived on time each morning and worked steadily until the end of the day, keeping us informed on progress without us having to micromanage. We took a hands-off approach, and any questions or adjustments we raised were handled promptly without extra charges.The drywall patching process was great as well. Juan and Cibi (I hope I got the name right) took about two days to complete the work and were fantastic, friendly, and professional. The job was very clean, and they even fixed some small old patches.The project ran a few days over schedule, but we were completely fine with it given our minor requests along the way and their commitment to thoroughness—it was far more important to get everything done right.Overall, it was a smooth process, and we're pleased with the results.
