We recently experienced a water leak and flush system issue with a flushometer-type Sloan toilet at one of our stores in Costa Mesa, CA. When I contacted Parzival Plumbing, their coordinator, Ms. Alma, immediately gathered all the necessary information and provided detailed pricing and technician availability within just a few minutes.Since we urgently needed same-day service and it was already near after-hours, no technicians were initially available. However, Ms. Alma understood the urgency of the situation and went above and beyond to secure a last-minute opening and coordinate an onsite inspection.The technician arrived within 20 minutes, quickly identified the issue, and provided a prompt quote. Even when additional work was required, Ms. Alma ensured we were kept informed throughout the process and obtained our approval before proceeding.It is rare to find a plumbing company that delivers such excellent customer service and genuine care. We sincerely appreciate the outstanding service that Parzival Plumbing provides, and we highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

We love Parzival. Used them for several years! Love how friendly the admin staff is … Carlos and Alma are great. Today Mike came to deal with a water leak around the toilet…. He was fantastic! Professional, knowledgeable and very, very nice! Thank you Mike! Five stars all the way around!

Nick serviced our hot water heater and did a great job. Very informative, helpful and patient.Carlos helped initially to set up the appointment and kept me informed every step of the way. Grateful to have found this company and will be using them again in the future for servicing water filter and plumbing issues that arise. Highly recommend!

Parvizal Plumbing was awesome! This is the second time I’ve used their services, and I will use them in the future! Mike was great, he quickly diagnosed the plumbing problem which was tricky, and repaired it quickly also! He was very considerate and helped clear out a closet in prep for restoration company. I have used many plumbers but Nick Lewis from Parzival is the BEST by more than a mile. He is smart. He is puntual. He has unbelievable work ethics. He is also a man with high integrity. He will not charge you one cent more than what is fair to you.
