What was supposed to be an "easy" replace a water hose on my leaky kitchen faucet turned into needing a new faucet installed due to corrosion. Carter's My Plumbing were able to fit me in same day and the scheduling lady on the phone was very pleasant. Josh came by and installed that faucet within 30 mins and it works and looks beautiful! He was pleasant and in a jolly mood the whole time. Thank you for your expertise Josh!

Our faucet stopped working. We called in the evening and they came out the very next day. Peyton was extremely pleasant, helpful, thoughtful, and efficient replacing the kitchen faucet. Miles, the plumber that came out from Carter’s was so wonderful. He was so personable and he went above and beyond the call of duty for me. I was in a bad situation, needing my sewer drain unclogged and he did it efficiently and quickly, and there was no mess afterwards. Such a nice guy! These guys are awesome! Charming Citizens Energy installed a new gas meter 2 weeks ago, and thought they got my antique water heater pilot re-lit. I came home yesterday to cold water. My talentef young plumber, Joshua, had it re-lit within 10 minutes and stayed to make sure it operated correctly. Definitely recommend!
