I had my hot tub/spa serviced by Noble for a heating issue. The technician came out, diagnosed the issue and said that it needed a part. He was there for 30-45 min. The part was ordered and he returned to install the part. Again he was there for less than an hour. I later received two invoices. The first for the call out for the diagnosis. I was charged $80 for the diagnosis and $250 for labor. The second invoice was for the return where the spa was fixed. Here I was charged $80+ for the part and again $250 for labour and a few other things. My total invoice for the call out and fix was $730. I know that there is a fee for a call out and obviously a fee for services but I thought there was a mistake where I was double charged for labor so I went to the office to ask. I spoke with the employee behind the counter and asked if there was someone I could talk to about the invoices. She stated that she could talk to me. I then inquired about possibly being double charged for labor. I was told that labor was $100 per hour. I then stated that the technician was there less than an hour both times and asked how the total of $500 in labor was calculated. At this time the technician came out from an office and stated that he was the the technician that fixed my hot tub. He further stated that he gets paid from the moment he leaves their office until the moment he gets back. The problem is my house is 7 miles from their shop and a 10-12 min drive. So even if I paid for a full hour twice and the drive time that would be less than 3 hours. Now I don’t know what route he took but I ended up paying $500 just in labor for no more than an hour and a half of work. I paid my invoice but will never call Noble for any type of service that they offer again. This is dishonest and flat out wrong. I have never written a negative review on a local business but buyer beware you will be taken advantage of.

Contacted Noble about a slow draining tub and gurgling sinks and they sent someone out the next day. They called prior to coming and were in and out in an hour. Ernie was super nice and polite and cleaned up after himself. Will definitely use in the future.

Fantastic! Plumbing issues are never fun but Noble plumbing made things much easier for me. I was having issues with my water heater they came and took care of everything and for a much better price than I expected. Andy who came and did the work was very professional he explained everything to me and would ask before he did anything. I am so glad I have hot water restored! The only complaint is that it took them like 10 days to cash the check I wrote which I felt was a little long but they did good quality work.

Called noble was very happy that I did . They sent Ernie out he was very professional. Figured the problem out very quickly . Had called other plumber they wanted to do alot unessary work . Wanted charge almost 4 times as much what Noble charged . Thank you for doing the job alot cheaper . Always good get second opinion. Will gladly call them in future if we need plumbing work again .
