★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1TL;DR: Knowledgeable and friendly service. Efficient installation and repairs. Open, honest and timely communication. Fair and reasonable pricing.Long-winded version: I reached out to multiple plumbers about a quote to fix my outside faucet. One plumber responded that it would cost about $300.00 just to come out to my house. The other responded that they were really busy, provided me with phone numbers for two other plumbers who would be able to help me, AND provided me with some tips for how to locate my shutoff and how to address my issue (I am a relatively new owner of a manufactured/mobile home). When I received this response from them, I knew they were the ones for me because they literally tried to direct my business elsewhere because they were too busy to help me immediately. Shortly after receving their response I realized I had a very high iron level issue with my water and ended up scheduling a time for them to come out and test my water and look into installing a filter. The Office Manager LeeAnne was a pleasure to work with, very polite, very detailed, and she was excellent with follow-up.Glenn (the plumber) was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable. When it came to the installation of the filter and fixing the faucet, Glenn was here on time, they got right to work, were finished in what I considered to be a reasonable amount of time, and then walked me through what they did and answered my questions. It’s always difficult to find experts in these fields if you aren’t knowledgeable yourself and that is why this experience was so important to me, as they again, tried to initially help me by sending my business somewhere else. That’s HUGE.If you are in the area and you need a plumber, DEFINITELY reach out to Midwest Valley.
October 28 · TonyMidwest Valley Plumbing did an amazing job on my new home. All of the fixtures, toilets, All Plumbing was installed correctly and it works optimally. I just called them the other day to come and take a look at a hot water heater after 10 years and he was over Within 15 minutes. Very impressed with the response time, and just an amazing job on my new home.
May 18 · Matt PellandIt was a pleasure to work with Glen and Leanne - clearly honest professionals who take pride in their work. They responded promptly to my request and provided timely service. Glen's schedule was full so he was not able to meet our service time frame, but pointed us to another wonderful plumber who completed the job the next day. Highly recommend Midwest Valley Plumbing.
December 27 · Samantha McCarthyCall Midwest Valley for some work on a remodeling job. Had to move some pipes hidden in the soffit of the kitchen. He was able to fit me in his schedule quickly. Also had him install a gas line for a stove and water line to the refrigerator. Had the job completed in 4 hours. Would highly recommend him.
May 01 · Melody & Jon WhiteHad a sewer drain leak in my basement. Got a quick response at a reasonable price. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and friendly. They'll be my first choice for any other plumbing issues.
