Loch Monster Plumbing LLC Introduce
For residents and property managers throughout the Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area, plumbing problems are more than just an inconvenience—they can lead to significant headaches and damage, especially in the harsh Minnesota climate. Loch Monster Plumbing LLC has established itself as a local, family-owned and operated plumbing shop dedicated to providing "legendary" service and quality workmanship across the Twin Cities. With a core focus on honesty, clear communication, and professional execution, they cater to a diverse clientele, including homeowners, business owners, and property managers.
The company's mission is built on a straightforward principle: show up, do solid work, and treat people with respect. This customer-centric approach is a key component of their service delivery. They aim to alleviate the "huge drain" that plumbing problems can place on a property owner, offering a fast and professional response to both routine maintenance needs and unexpected emergencies. This commitment is particularly vital in Minnesota, where issues like a burst pipe or a malfunctioning water heater demand immediate and expert attention.
Customer feedback frequently highlights the team’s dedication and high standard of work. One client, an HOA manager, was highly impressed, stating that the response time was "impeccable" and the customer service "wonderful," noting how quickly and efficiently the work was completed across several properties. A homeowner who had a leaking water heater replaced appreciated the swift turnaround, with the job priced, purchased, and installed "Within 36 hours," and praised the "Fair pricing and very professional" approach. Furthermore, for major projects, a customer who used Loch Monster Plumbing for all the plumbing in their "new house" gave a glowing recommendation, calling the experience "excellent" and describing the plumber, Jack, as "professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable," affirming that he made sure "the job was done right, all while keeping the place tidy." This feedback confirms their capability in handling high-stakes projects like new construction and emergency replacements.
However, it is important for users to note the financial aspect of their service. While many praise the company's transparency—a feature the company itself promotes, stating they "don't work on commission or try to upsell" and provide a "transparent service agreement from the start"—one user review on a public forum noted a charge of approximately $577 to fix a gas pipe to a range in under an hour. While quality and expertise come at a premium, this is a reminder for all local users to take advantage of the company's commitment to upfront pricing and secure a clear, detailed service agreement before the work begins to ensure expectations align with the final cost, regardless of the job's size.

Loch Monster Plumbing LLC Reviews
I had an excellent experience with Jack at Loch Monster Plumbing! He handled all the plumbing for my new house, and I couldn't be more impressed. Jack was professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done right, all while keeping the place tidy. I’ll definitely be recommending Loch Monster Plumbing to all of my clients and anyone I know who needs plumbing work. They’re top-notch and truly reliable!
January 23 · PAWe had a bunch of work done at our home on Wednesday 10-16-24. My wife and I are very happy with the results. Jack worked his tail off to get things done right, with little break. He was positive in attitude along with being diligent in his work. Young men man like this make you positive about the future of our Country. /Smith family
October 19 · Oliver TwiddledeeWere hired by my apartment building manager to change the valves in all the unit's bathrooms. Broke part of our faucet in the process. Took about 2 months of calling and leaving voicemails from 4 different peope (building manager, myself, and two of my roomates) until we they got back to us. After finally getting back to us to schedule a repair, showed up an hour late.Plumbing work was alright, but you'll probably have a better experience with another plumbing company. Other units in the building also complained about damage to drywall and general disrespect to their homes.
February 06 · Abigail GreenOur condominium manager suggested Loch Monster to do some work updating plumbing for all of our sinks. What a great company. They worked directly with our maintenance man and manager to get the water turned off, which was very helpful. The appointment was scheduled conveniently and much faster than expected. Clint arrived exactly when the appointment was scheduled and worked very quickly to get all six “push/pulls” swapped out. Really a pleasant experience, a great guy and kept the job exactly where we needed it cost wise. Will definitely call them again when we do more updating. Highly suggest Loch Monster and Clint both!
March 16 · Theresa JohnsonLITERALLY THE BEST! I had Clint come out and work on my sink that was leaking. This guy knew everything. From the model of my sink faucet to the copper plumbing and most of all just what the problem was. He replaced everything and explained to me how it worked so I could possibly prevent issues in the future. He said he loved working for Loch because they care about their employees. He was an honest hardworking guy. And I will recommend him/Loch to anyone. I live in a condo building and my association relies on them. No job too big. Including when a 3000 pound pipe is about to come unhinged. Clint stays cool even in situations where you would expect someone to get overwhelmed. Even after spending all the time on my sink he checked other plumbing that I had questions about. Really nice guy, you can trust. And doesn’t quit til the job is done. I like that.
