He arrived on time and assessed the situation and we discussed the options for replacement and the pros and cons of going with a larger tank. Based upon our hot water usage weekly, we chose to stay with the same size tank. Answered all my questions, was done in no time and made sure the installation was neat and tidy. Knight Plumbing was very easy to work with. They managed to get my appointment in almost a week earlier than originally scheduled, which was greatly appreciated. Isiah was very nice and took care of our issue quickly. Would gladly call them again!
