Great experience, Joshua was able to get here right away and assess my issue. Unfortunately, we were not able to fix the faucet, since the part is no longer made. I need to get a new faucet and will certainly call them to install. I’m bedridden disabled widow and first I appreciated the swift response to the broken water heater! Monday appointment was scheduled! I appreciated the picture of the repairman that’s comforting, second I noticed the immaculate white uniform nice touch! The gentleman were also neatly groomed. They were polite and respectful as my caregiver brought them to my room! They explained the procedures and continued on to their inspection upon the finish of that he gave me his findings!Unfortunately the warranty service didn’t cover the full amount and the additional amount was $1590. They offered financing but due to my income I wasn’t able to accept their offer! This has been a pleasant experience with a highly Professional Business with which everyone I had interaction with had the utmost respect, knowledge, kindness, and integrity and in 2025 is rarely found!
