Brian the plumber, outstanding work and explaining the work that needed to be performed detailed. A basement toilet in a vanity sink. He really knows his stuff and very clean as he goes with the old debris. With fair price labor and material. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. It was a pleasure doing business with them as well as Brian the plumber. I just added the stand-up shower kit in my basement the shower came in a kit form. Brian the plumber came out. And explained everything that needed to be done for the shower to be installed now as well as gave me a fair price on labor and material. Once again he did an outstanding job and installing this the basement no frills shower that I ordered in kit form.

I had a terrific experience with tech Bryan. Very knowledgeable, respectful and did the job right. I would really recommend Heaney and Bryan. Another large company tried to use untruths to sell me on unnecessary repairs, IMO. (Hoover). Bryan just told me what needed to be done, how he was going to do it, and what it was going to cost. 225 dollars compared to Hoover's estimated 6300 dollars. Def would use and recommend Heaney again.

Their A team is good. B team isnt great. I was told Cecil was let go due to him flooding my basement , if he is still around and he arrives at your house dont let him work on your water, call a new plumber or request a different one from heaney. The two guys who actually got the job done were younger and very professional and friendly.

Cecil did a great job in repairing my main line . Harvey was spectacular and did all my rough-ins for bathroom, kitchen, and basement — as well as replacing all the old galvanized with copper and upgraded pipes. Regardless of the tight spaces and older-house construction challenges, Harvey did an amazing job. The prices were extremely fair, and the quantity of the work and knowledge and helpfulness of the plumbers is impressive.
