Best plumbers ever! Cynthia in reception was super nice and very professional. She was able to get my scheduled on the day I requested. I called back later because I forgot to ask some pertinent questions. Marly answered and I found her yo be very knowledgeable. The technician that came was also very nice and explained everything in a calm manner. Very grateful to the Fords Plumbing crew!

Shout out to Fords Plumbing! I was looking for a new regular plumber as mine had retired. I called them for a simple toilet clog and spoke to the receptionist Cynthia. She was very nice and together with the office manager Marly was able to squeeze me in. I was so grateful that even though it was a small job, they were able to help me. Call them for any job, big or small.

My toilet backed up and it was coming outside the house. My neighbor came knocking on my door. It was awful. I Called Fords plumbing and they came fast. The tech. Was knowledgeable, efficient, freindly and gave me a good price. I highly recommend them and thanks so much, I am super grateful.

Warning: Dishonest Company – Prioritizes Sales Over IntegrityI had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with this company. Their entire business model seems to revolve around upselling and scamming customers rather than providing honest service. They train their sales techs to push false claims—like telling homeowners they have a gas leak when there isn’t one—just to scare them into expensive repairs or upgrades.They’ve even been known to intentionally tamper with the inside of your piping to create more problems and justify additional charges. It’s all about maximizing profit, not customer safety or service.The leadership is practically nonexistent. The owners are never around, and the company is run by someone who acts like she knows everything but refuses to listen to real concerns. Customer service? Forget it. Once they get your money, you’re just another number.I truly wish I could post all the proof I have so people could see for themselves how crooked this company really is. If you value honesty and transparency, look elsewhere. Don’t fall into the trap like I did.

Unprofessional and dismissive — avoid at all costs!Our mainline drain clogged, causing our toilets to overflow — a true emergency. Ford’s Plumbing scheduled us, took our money, then showed up two days later only to say, “It’s working now, so we’re not doing anything.” No fix, no care, just a shrug.We had another plumber do a temporary fix using a snake, but they warned us it’ll clog again unless hydro-jetting is done. Ford’s rep didn’t care — he interrupted me mid-sentence and just walked out. Never experienced such rude, unprofessional service. Save yourself the headache — call someone else
