Although I’m the last person to ever post an online review, I’m happy to make an exception for Luis at Ford’s Plumbing. Previously I had been using the same family owned plumbing company for over 20 years. But when they sold their company, it was time for a change. I am pleased to say that everything that this good about a small independent business can be found at Ford’s Plumbing. They are consistently on time, or their office is calling with an updated arrival time. They do not try to “over sell”, and if any job needs a second look, they are back quickly to fix the issue. You might find another company that is less expensive, but you won’t find another company that is better or faster.I am a relic of the 20th Century and expect to keep my service vendors for decades rather than years. I can confidently recommend Ford’s Plumbing and feel confident that they will be my last plumber.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt I needed to let other homeowners know that if they have a plumbing problem, call Fords Plumbing. Since the time I called for service Marly answered the phone and booked my appointment for a plumber to come check my leaking water heater. When the plumber was on his way Cynthia called me and text me that he was on the way and provided an ETA. The water heater was replaced since it was 11years old, it was time for replacement. Best plumbers I have ever used! I found myself in what I thought was a big plumbing emergency. Cynthia at the office was very attentive and I felt genuinely cared about my problem. Her, along with the office manager Marly were both very nice and were able to get me scheduled in a timely manner. The technician came out and told me exactly what needed to be done. It turned out to be a much smaller problem than I thought. He didn’t even try to upsell me or anything. So glad I called Fords!

I can not express my gratitude enough for Luis from Ford’s Plumbing & Heating. We thought our water heater was OFF after my husband turned the house power off and On. We called them, they were doing some service down the street. Luis came over in few minutes, I not kidding less than 1/2 hour. He checked the heater pilot and everything was ok. He gave us a peace of mind and not even charged us for anything. Thank you so much. Now Ford’s Pumbling and Heater is in our service list book. Thank you. God Bless you.

Great work by Ford’s Plumbing. After some water infrastructure work that had been done in our neighborhood we had increased water pressure coming into our home. Luis and Andres did an excellent job fixing what was needed outside and inside the home so we no longer had leaks.
