July 02 · Marylou PogacnikNobody wants to need a plumber, but if you do you can have confidence in Ray Hall plumbing. Randy has been our guy for years now…he even knows our dogs names. He doesnt give up until the issue is solved. We definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber.
August 03 · William BarlowOne of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a plumbing company. The first crew sent to my home included a technician whose loud, persistent smoker’s cough echoed through the walls—so disruptive that it could be heard during my work meetings from a full floor away. Over the course of a month, they struggled with basic tasks like disconnecting a furnace for flood restoration. We experienced repeated issues with both hot water and the furnace not working properly. The workers were rude, unprofessional, and lacked basic courtesy. This was arranged through my insurance provider, and definitely not a company I would have chosen myself. I strongly recommend others avoid them
June 27 · Courtney RoseIf I could give them a 0 I would. They don't behind their work. I had a water tank installed last year, and I had no idea it was installed unsafe this whole time. I'm currently selling my home. Recently had a home inspection completed, and the water tank failed inspection. The exhaust isnt flowing upward. I was informed by not only the home inspection, but by another plumbing company that it's red flagged as a safety issue. My 2 kids and I could have been inhaling CO2, also it's a fire hazard. I contacted them to let them know the issue, and they word by word told me "it was installed correctly, they can't do anything." My original water tank sat on 3 inch bricks. I then explained to them that they installed a larger water tank and now my exhaust isn't going upward. Once again, I received "there's nothing we can do." I even offered to pay something for them to fix the issue. Once again, NOTHING! He installed it, came upstairs, told me I was all set. Please be aware of the ignorance of this company.
