R & R Plumbing Introduce
For homeowners and businesses throughout the Indianapolis area and Central Indiana, finding a reliable and professional plumber is essential for maintaining the comfort and functionality of a property. Plumbing issues, whether a minor leak or a major system failure, require prompt and knowledgeable attention. One company operating within the Indianapolis plumbing sector is R & R Plumbing.
R & R Plumbing, an established name in the Indianapolis area, is recognized primarily as a plumbing service provider. The company has a history in the local community, with its operations being focused on providing essential plumbing and repair services for properties across the region. Their work has been a component of the local housing market, particularly as they have been noted for their involvement with home building and construction projects in Central Indiana. In 2021, the company was acquired by a local home builder, Arbor Homes, with the goal of bolstering the builder's construction and process efficiency for new homes in the area. This acquisition suggests a strong focus on new construction and large-scale plumbing installations, though they also handle repair services.
Plumbing is a critical trade, and businesses like R & R Plumbing serve a vital function in ensuring that residential and commercial water and wastewater systems are correctly installed, maintained, and repaired. While the company's public-facing reviews reveal a mixed history of customer experiences regarding service quality, communication, and employee conduct—including complaints about improper installation work, lack of follow-up on service calls, and reports of careless driving by company employees—they nonetheless remain a presence in the Indianapolis market. Potential customers are always advised to research multiple providers and consider the full range of available feedback before selecting a contractor for their home or business.
Location and Accessibility
R & R Plumbing is strategically located to serve the greater Indianapolis, Indiana, metropolitan area and surrounding communities. Their primary corporate location is situated in the western part of Indianapolis, which offers access to key regional thoroughfares, making it convenient for dispatching crews throughout Central Indiana for new construction and service calls.
The official address for the R & R Plumbing location in Indianapolis is:
1840 Midwest Blvd, Indianapolis, IN 46214, USA
This location places the business near the I-465 beltway, a major interstate loop around Indianapolis, which is key for a service provider covering a wide geographic area. The accessibility of this location helps facilitate their work across various neighborhoods and construction sites within the Central Indiana region, where they contribute to the local home-building industry.
Services Offered

Based on available public data and their business classification as a plumber, their services encompass several critical areas of home and commercial infrastructure.

- Water Treatment Systems: This includes the installation or repair of systems designed to improve water quality in a property.
It is also worth noting that their prominent work in the new construction sector, especially since their acquisition by a major home builder, suggests a high volume of work in large-scale plumbing installation and system setup for new residential developments.
Features / Highlights
R & R Plumbing has several features that define their operation within the local Indianapolis market. These points may be important considerations for potential customers seeking a plumbing provider.
- New Construction Focus: A major highlight is the company’s role in the local home-building industry, having been acquired by a large Indianapolis-based home builder to integrate plumbing services directly into the construction process. This indicates a significant capacity for handling large, multi-unit new construction projects.
- Essential System Repair Offerings: The company publicly lists repair services for vital home systems, including water heaters, sump pumps, and water treatment systems, which are key concerns for local Indiana residents.
- Convenient Payment Options: For service calls and repairs, the company accepts modern payment methods, making transactions flexible and simple for the customer. Accepted forms of payment include major credit cards and NFC mobile payments.

What is Worth Choosing
When selecting a plumber in Indianapolis, residents often look for a company that can provide comprehensive services, has established local roots, and offers convenience. R & R Plumbing presents itself as an option for both simple repair needs and extensive system installations, especially given their involvement in the new home construction market. The company’s capacity to handle major system components like water heaters and sump pumps is a key advantage, addressing common household needs in Indiana. Furthermore, the modern inclusion of payment options such as credit cards and NFC mobile payments streamlines the transaction process, offering a level of convenience that modern customers appreciate.
However, potential customers are strongly advised to weigh all available information. The public record indicates a disparity in customer satisfaction, with some reviews pointing to issues with the quality of workmanship, follow-through on promised services, and professionalism of field personnel. It is essential for Indiana customers to perform due diligence, perhaps by requesting detailed estimates, seeking references, and clearly outlining the scope of work before committing to any service provider. While their established presence and focus on new construction are notable for large-scale projects, individual customers needing residential repairs should carefully consider recent feedback and communication when making their final decision to ensure their service expectations are met. The key to a successful plumbing project lies not just in the capability to perform the work, but in consistent delivery of quality, reliability, and excellent customer service.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1DO NOT have these people come into your home to work on ANYTHING. Our landlord didn't want to pay for Mr Quick price so he hired these people and they absolutely delivered cheap work! They just screwed this part into the wall and didn't even put our shelf back up so my husband had to. But you can't put it back in any of this cut piece because if you push ANYWHERE on the little box, it falls into the wall. I'm so pissed. Yes, I rent but I still live here and want "my" place to look nice. Also, we had to TELL HIM to put the piece BACK UP because he was just gonna leave an open hole!!!!
July 01 · AnonAwful display of ownership.Another review of a driver being careless on the road while my child was in the car with me!Passed me on the shoulder of I70!! Hit my mirror and busted the whole thing. The employee finally pulled over once trying to flee the scene. Then became irate so I pulled away as I had my 5yr old daughter in the car with me!!!Their insurance said won’t cover the damage because of conflicting stories.Hire better people… that simple. Or at least hold them accountable.STAY AWAY FROM ANY VEHICLE FROM THIS COMPANY ON THE ROAD.Heaven forbid allow them into your home and trust them to give you quality service.
April 15 · tyler williamsI’ve had R&R plumbing do warranty work on my home for three separate issues. Twice they’ve had to make multiple trips for simple repairs (things like leaky toilet seals and shutoff valves) before getting it right. The other time they broke the tip off the PVC drain line under my kitchen sink, had to cut the drywall open to fix it and did a HORRIBLE job repairing it. When they got to the point in the photo I told them to leave so I could fix it myself. I understand that things happen and jobs don’t always go as planned, but when they can’t ever seem to get a simple fix done right the first time it says something.
October 10 · Daniel GreenThese guys just finished plumbing a new house for us. I wouldn't let them plumb an outhouse after this experience. As of today, I have personally had to fix three separate issues. The latest was a poorly installed ejector pit. We called their Emergency line on Sunday the 6th because we had septic backing up into our brand new basement. Their response was "Just don't use the downstairs bathroom until we can get out there". Called that Monday because no one had come out yet. They came out at 2:30 on Tuesday, but didn't have everything they needed, so they rescheduled for Thursday. Then did a horrible job which included attempting to seal the lid of the ejector pit with Tapcon screws put in at an angle, which only served to lift the edge of the lid up off the seal. This was the third issue of theirs that we had to fix ourselves. Don't waste your time with this company.
October 14 · Joe HolleyThe service is terrible and the workmanship is worse. +1 to these guys being reckless on the road, and acting like an absolute fools. These guys are amateur at best. Driving around cussing people out, flipping the bird, all while their company name is plastered on the Van. I hope that people read these comments and understand they are not professional and shouldn't be trusted with something as important as plumbing. Take these one stars to heart people, before you hire them and find out the hard way.
