June 23 · Brian LitteralGreat Company and great service. Zach was super friendly and very honest when we explaining our issues. He gave us some pointers on what the issues could be. Was able to fit us in with same day service and got us fixed in less than 30 minutes. Honest companies are hard to find these days, highly recommend.
May 14 · bryan weierAfter calling their competitor 4 times over a 4 day period, with no call back, I desperately reached out to Zach at Michigan Sewer & Drain on a Friday afternoon at 5:00. Zach not only answered, but showed up 1 hour later to evaluate the problem, and scheduled me for Monday morning. I had a huge hole developing in my yard that was filled with water, 1 foot away from my basement wall. As it turned out, it was a bigger issue (sump pump drain had broken and separated 4' underground, right between my gas line and my electrical line coming in) They worked through the heat of the day, and the assault of the mosquitos that night, to dig up the line, partially by hand, and finished up after a torrential downpour the next day, fixing my issue. I would give them 7 or 8 stars if possible. Great company, and great guys.
August 07 · Paul BazelyZach was amazing, we had a backup and weren't sure if it was our septic or sewer. He talked me through checking the septic and told me to call him with any questions. We were able to open our tank and sure enough it was full, had a company come and empty it then we still couldn't flush. He was here in less than an hour after I called to jet it!! Him and his associate went above and beyond to make sure all toilets and drains were functional. He also took a look at our outdoor drains and we will be having him back for some more jetting and excavation work! Super honest service and support
May 13 · Drew WeierWe are in the Burton area. We had a clogged bath tub/sink today 3/18/24. We called in the late afternoon and they were able to squeeze us in at the end of their day.We were extremely happy with the two gentleman that came out, one was Zach(his name was on the bill) and I apologize I do not remember the second gentleman's name. Both were extremely curtious and polite. They were mindful of not damaging items or towels in our bathroom. They were very thourough and even checked our crawl space to ensure everything was good under the house as well. We appreciate their work and the price was fair. We highly recommend them.😊
