Jody and Clinton came to give an estimate for the installation of a water heater and a water softener. They arrived within the 2 hour appointment time period notifying me once they had an expected time. They did a complete plumbing inspection had had a couple of additional recommendations. They reviewed all of their recommendations and provided options. They also answered my plumbing related questions. We were able to get the installation done on the same day. Bryce and Jose did a great job on the installation and made sure to explain everything to us after they cleaned up.

I called for a mainline clean out. They sent someone out, he snaked, said it was cleaned out. Two days later, clogged again. Called back, same guy came out, said I needed a new mainline, he then opened my septic lid and said no, you needed your tank pumped. ( did not snake the.line again, he said it could not be warrantied, pump the tank.( after a little heat, he decided the warranty would apply)I called , had the tank pumped, however the pump guy said it didn't really need pumped yet. ( i have that in his report) Did it anyway. ($500.00) Pump guy took a pic of the clog, stated that was clearly the problem. Called, they sent someone else out, ( found out the first guy left the lid off the mainline. What a mess) snaked it again. Said it was good. Less than a week later..clogged again. Obviously not ridding the entire clog. Set to come again tomorrow.This is my second time complaining on this same matter. My first complaint is no where to be found. I did speak with a supervisor. He didn't have much to say. His response was, " we are having a meeting tomorrow".I have used this company before. Always trying to sell.me something. New main, line for example.

If you’ve contacted this company for quotes on electrical problems in your home, I would highly highly recommend contacting another company for a second opinion and quote. They are an outright rip off and may I say even a little predatory. My grandparents called to have some electrical stuff looked at in their home. They were quoted $10,000 to handle the issue. They were also told that due to the issue they would be dropped by their homeowners insurance if they found out. They called a different company, thank God and were given a workaround that could be done and for the full solution under $2,000. Upon my grandparents, calling their insurance company and explaining the situation, they were told by the insurance company that they were fine and would not be dropped. So needless to say, whoever was sent out to my grandparents home flat out, lied to them and tried to rip them off outstandingly! To overcharge people at such an astronomical rate, especially the elderly is horribly predatory and morally bankrupt. I would highly advise anybody needing electrical issues in their home fixed to call elsewhere or if you’ve already called this place definitely call another company and get a second opinion. Thank God, my grandparents are still at the age where they have their full wits and consciousness about them, and called for a second opinion. It makes me sick to think if this had been somebody else’s grandparents and had they not been in such good mental capacity what they would have been charged.
