Quick response and completion of service. Took special care not to damage home as the hot water heater was upstairs. Friendly service with a smile. Not cheap ($2k+) to replace a 50 gal hot water heater but it does come with annual services. (they did take old equipment away)

Sarah came out to assess the busted pipe from the house to the street and gave us several estimate choices. We chose to replace the full line. They were there in two days and got the job done very quickly! Oddly enough, the drain is in my neighbors driveway and it needed rock put over it so they could park all their cars on the drive so they took care of that immediately the same day they replaced the pipe. Their estimate was lowered by $5000 than other estimates I received unbelievable they were courteous and worked very hard and I just can’t say enough about them and I really appreciate Sarah‘s responsiveness to my texts and messages. I will definitely use Carter’s in the future.

I highly recommend Carter’s My Plumber for your plumbing needs. Before calling them, I had another plumbing company come out to look at our 2-year-old Rheem water softener. After spending hours at our house mostly talking about his life, that plumber told us the softener was broken, not covered under warranty, and that we needed to buy their product at an astronomical price. Thankfully, my husband and I decided to get a second opinion.Alex from Carter’s came out, ran the proper diagnostic tests, and confirmed that our water softener was working just fine—it only needed an adjustment to properly soften the water. Alex was friendly, professional, and even went above and beyond by reloading the two 5-gallon buckets of salt I had removed to check for a salt bridge, without me even asking.After such a frustrating experience with the other company, I truly appreciate Carter’s honesty and professionalism. We will definitely be using them again in the future.
