★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I hired them to repair my toilet. When they were finished there were stains in the bowl I could not remove. They claim their repair had nothing to do with it, but it did. During the repair sediment stayed in the bowl over the weekend until he could finish the job on Monday. I didn't check the bowl during that time because I trusted he knew what he was doing. That sediment stained the bowl and was not there prior. The service tech should have told me to get that sediment out of there and not let it sit. When I called to discuss it, he was condescending, rude and hung up. At the very least, he should have suggested how I could clean the stains. I will never use this plumber again. Also, I haven't received the bill yet, I'm sure they will raise the price in response to this bad review and my phone call. If I would have read the reviews first, I would not have hired him.

November 29 · Bri WTerrible business if I could give them negative stars I would… first of all they charged me the better part of $700 and did not fix anything whatsoever and ended up having to get somebody else to fix it… had to call them several times to get them to come and they over charged each time even though their work did not fix anything… and then when I called to try to get someone to sort it out the person on the phone had nerve enough to be rude and aggressive because I was calling them out on ripping me off and did not get my money back and they never fixed anything. Will never use them again as long as I live or recommend them to anyone.
