Shortly after work was completed water heater was leaking (slow drip i could not see) and leaking water out the back of the relieve valve onto the deck. Plus, I told him he put the water spicket in the basement over a power plug and needed to be moved because it was dangerous and can’t be used. He took weeks to come out and fix the upper water line which was a loose bent connection. He told me to keep an eye on the leaking out of the back of the water heater and to let him know if it keeps leaking. It continued to leak intermittently out the back, and I complained for months for him to fix it. during that time the garbage disposal fell apart and he never answered his phone, so I replaced it myself and discovered all the connections were loose. Then I complained about another (slow dripping sound but couldn’t see it) leak from the top of the water heater and uneven water pressure. Weeks later he finally answered his text and came out and tightened not only the same water line. but the other line as well was leaking. After tightening the water lines, he said that he was going to warrantee the water heater. That he had to send the tag number to his supplier and get the paperwork done, and when he replaces the water heater he will also replace both lines on the top as well as move the water line in the basement all at the same time. Since that time, Me and my son have been calling texting with no response from him. When we text him it shows read on our iPhone but he never responds. Still we have yet to get a response from him. meanwhile water is ruining my deck. I have water stainless and damage at the bottom of the water heater from him not coming out promptly to fix the problem.

JMK plumbing completed a repipe at my residence in the Villas. Located meter, arranged for Dig Alert to mark lines on pavement, dug and installed a new water service from street to house, installed a stop and waste valve, and re-piped entire house using pex piping. Job was done on time and according to plan. Jonathan came back at a later date to check on the work to make sure everything was in working order and installed two hose bibs for free! Great service.
