★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I called to ask if they do cistern repairs. The girl on the phone said no. I asked if she knew anybody in the area that did cistern repairs, and she informed me she didn't know what a cistern was. Professionally speaking, don't tell people you don't work on a specific thing if you DON'T KNOW what that specific thing is. Instead, go ask someone else who knows more, because you might have just lost your company money.Follow up to the reply and phone calls: "service" is defined as "the action of helping or doing work for someone." While you did not provide "work" on my property, I did not feel "helped" over the phone and that is why the 1 star review remains. I called other companies in the area who said "I don't know if we do but let me ask around." Similarly, I work in an industry which provides a vital SERVICE to people and if I can't help someone or don't know an answer, I ask someone who can/does. It seems you're more concerned with the review than looking into the reason why I called in the first place. Please stop calling me just to ask me to take down my review.
July 31 · Cailan ShannonI have used Helps Drain & Septic in the past as well as recently and they've always been great. Came out in a pinch and got us taken care of quickly. Rod and his guys are great. Will definitely use again in the future if needed.
November 29 · Brian FausnaughRod is absolutely phenomenal, and a pleasure to work with. Personal, concise, and willing to go the extra mile, Rod is FANTASTIC in your time of need. We needed a look at a possible sewer backup, and Rod went above and beyond to diagnose our problem in a precise, clear way. When we needed to consult a plumber *after* our initial issue, Rod told us the plumber could contact him directly (after our service call!), to help identify and fix the issue. Truly a gentleman, and so helpful in what could have been an awful circumstance. On behalf of the "younger" generation, Rod deserves all the praise. Thank you for being awesome! :)
March 14 · Hannah LarsenI had an issue with my main line. I called on Monday and they were able to get there the very next day. The service was very efficient and fixed the problem with no issue. The young man who did the work was professional. Honestly, this business has been my go to for years and they just keep getting better! Hands down 5+++ stars!
March 14 · Kristi DThey were very polite and prompt. Got my issue taken care of fast, I definitely will give them a call back if I have any more issue and if you need help, I recommend these guys
