The servicemen were very professional and got the job done. The object was to run a water line from the basement up to the kitchen for a refrigerator installation. The tricky part was tapping into a cast iron/galvanized piping to run copper pipe to the fridge. They did it making it look nice and neat and professional. They also left everything looking nice and neat and clean. Very good job, well done but maybe a bit pricey.

Yesterday I called for an appointment. They sai they would be here in 45 minutes. After an hour and a half I called and they said, sorry, he got pulled to another job. No phone call to me, nothing. So we rescheduled to this morning. He arrived and the 2 plumbing needs I had he was unable to help with, 1. New guts for the inside of the toilet tank to be installed, and 2. My faucet on the sink loosened brought counter clockwise an inch and retightened, even though we have had plumbers in the past who were able to move the faucet into a straight position. He told me to buy a new toilet, or new toilet tank, and a new faucet. The proceeded to charge me their full service charge for coming out. $99 to tell me to go buy all new stuff!

I scheduled a tech to look at my water heater. I was told between 11 and 3 and a tech will call about 30 minutes before to confirm. I received no phone call and no tech showed up. I found another service that said they could come out the same day. I then cancelled my appointment with your organization. I would not recommend your company to anyone I know.
