★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I wish every company ran their business the way John runs his. I started noticing that my hot water was running out fairly quickly and that my water heater was almost 15 yrs old so I knew it was time to get a new one. Dr. Water Heater came highly recommended from a friend so I gave John a call. John actually answers the phone, no call center connections. John and I spoke about what was going on and he agreed that my tank had come to the end of its life. He asked if I could text him pictures of what I currently had which I quickly did. He called me right back and stated that he had two models that would work best in my house. Both models were the same price so he talked through the features of each so I could make the best choice. John got me scheduled for 2 days later which was fine because I still had a working tank. John and his son arrived right on time, explained all that was going to happen and then got to work. They were both very efficient and quickly had my old tank loaded in the back of their truck and my new one fully installed. John then noticed that one of my valves may have been leaking so he replaced it with a new one a no extra cost. The price that John gives you over the phone is what you pay, no hidden costs. Both guys are very friendly and we joked around while squaring up the bill. John stands behind all of his work and is able to service everything he sells. No third party warrant work that we have all suffered through at in time or another. I will recommend Dr. Water heater to anyone and everyone that is in need of a new water heating system!
January 09 · AlanJohn and his son are the best. Knowledgable, honest, and reliable. You will never receive better service - I would strongly recommend them for your needs. This is the second time I called them with a need and they were on site and fixed the issue the same day. Don’t even think about calling anyone else.
September 20 · Steve FrancisThe absolute best for servicing water heaters. My thermal well sensor went bad, burner would not stay lit for more than 10 minutes before tripping the fault. Called up Dr. Waterheater and they sent out John's son the very next day. We originally contacted another company who took days to reply and overall didn't seem like they wanted our business. Very happy with the service and the price was beyond fair!
February 06 · Tyler BowserMy water heater blew after 17 hard working years. Called Saturday afternoon and he said he would be at my house the next morning. John was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He gave me a price over the phone and stuck to that after the job was complete. If you’re in need of any work/replacement of your water heater, call John. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Water Heater.
October 27 · Brandon JurystaMy water wasn’t as hot as expected. I called John and he came out to service my water heater in a very timely fashion. The work done was thorough and the price for repair was reasonable. I highly recommend this company for any water heater needs!
