★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We needed lines run for our well to be hooked up. They dug a 18 inch by 2foot deep trench, were without water after they drug it from the house with a trackhoe. Instead of getting our water on that evening they left. Came the next day, after being here 20 minutes they took a break leaving there trailer in my driveway (which is shared) so I had to move there equipment so our neighbor could go to work and not be late. We were given a price of $2,100.00. The final bill after they tore up my yard without sowing proper grass seed and leaving horrendous ruts due to all the rain we had previous to them showing up. They charged over 3500 with a discount of 1200. for his guys taking breaks and other issues. The total was 2500.00. The owner came to the house one time as requested and never spoke to us personally. Very dissatisfied overall. I still have ruts in my yard and the grass hasn’t grown back. So if you want to be lied to, overcharged, and disrespected go ahead and let them come mess up more than they fix. I will never use this company for anything again. The owner assured me on the phone before I paid his employee that they would come fix it if the ruts didn’t fill in or the grass didn’t come back then said see what I have to deal with. Excuse me I paid you more than you were worth. So know you all see what I had to deal with. Just call an experienced plumber.
August 17 · An GelaBryant's replaced two bathtub faucets and one outside faucet to the tune of $437.00. The job was very simple...just replace parts, nothing difficult. They had to make one trip to Lowes and another trip to Furgersons for parts. I've used Bryants services many times over the years, but not anymore. I was guessing $200 or maybe $250, but I was blown away by the cost. The plumbers were friendly and did a good job, but in my humble opinion, I got screwed on the price. Time to find another plumber.
July 26 · Ken WilsonDavid Bryant, Chris and all of the guys are very professional, compassionate, efficient and tidy. We bought a "new to us" house in the country. Bryant plumbing took care of our new home owner surprises, that the inspector did not catch. They also helped us "hook up" to municipal water. Even when surprises happened they were flexible, accomodating and understanding, yet stuck to their original pricing. The entire crew were friendly and always arrived when scheduled. I highly recommend this company.
May 18 · susan bowmanThey came out to look at our central ac and fix the water problem puddling up under the unit. They were down in our basement for around 3hrs. They told us that they would fix whatever is going on with our oil furnace as well aka it keeps cutting off after 1minute of running. When they were done they came back with a bill for $360 or over. Said the heat and ac was fixed so I trusted what they said. I never checked the operation of the heat until 2 days ago because it finally got cold enough and the heat is doing the same thing cutting on and then right back off so it was never fixed properly. The ac leaking was in fact fixed as far as the water leaking out. So I called and they said they only guarantee their work for 30 days I think I waited 35. I trusted them telling me it was fixed so I didn't check behind them. We cannot afford to keep paying out repair bills but I wish they would understand and send somebody back out to finally fix the problem they also came out last year and never got this heat system working right. Guess it'll have to be space heaters for us this winter!
October 19 · Laci KellyCompletely unprofessional and uncaring. I waited for them for 2 days and they didn't show up. Nor did they try to contact me.
