For a local resident, this "all-access" approach to service can mean less time searching for a specialist for every different problem that arises. Their local presence on Merganser Drive ensures they are a physically established part of the Clarksville service community.
However, users seeking plumbing services in Tennessee are strongly advised to perform their own due diligence, especially when reading customer feedback. Reviews from the public mention concerns about diagnostic accuracy, the preparedness of technicians on-site (such as having the right tools), and the service outcome compared to other local providers. For example, some customer reports detail disagreements regarding the classification of clogs and the recommended repair complexity, especially in relation to home warranty coverage. The experience described in these reviews highlights the importance of open communication, clear diagnosis, and obtaining second opinions when major, expensive repairs like jackhammering a foundation are suggested. Customers should ensure they understand the exact nature of the problem, the proposed solution, and have transparent pricing before authorizing any work. When partnering with a home warranty company, it is advisable to confirm the contractor's reputation and ensure their diagnosis aligns with the warranty's terms for coverage.
Ultimately, a Clarksville resident's choice often comes down to who can provide a fast, accurate, and cost-effective solution. The availability of diverse services from All Access Plumbing is a definite benefit, but it must be considered alongside the necessity for high-quality, trustworthy workmanship and clear client communication, which should always be verified by the customer before a service agreement is finalized. Always feel empowered to ask questions, verify diagnoses, and check multiple local credentials to secure the best possible service for your home or business.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This company was sent out by my home warranty company, American Home Shield. They diagnosed my kitchen sink drainage issue as a grease clog- mind you he didn't try to snake it (claiming he didn't have a long enough snake), and just came into my house and looked at it without touching it. This caused my insurance claim to be denied because grease isn't covered. I had been dealing with this for a week- this was the second technician that was sent out by this company. I called my own plumbing company- I used Lee Company. Not only did All Access Plumbing mis-diagnose the issue, it ended up being hair, which was a coverable issue, which would have meant that my claim would have been accepted and they would have paid for this entire situation. Additionally, the Lee Company plumber let me know that their was no way All Access Plumbing could have known it was a grease issue without actually pulling out grease, and since All Access Plumbing didn't go into my pipes , their would have been no way of knowing that. All Access Plumbing told me that they may have to jack hammer the foundation of my house to fix the problem, which was obviously traumatic and sent our family into a panic. It's so scary to have a company in your home that is untrustworthy, negligent, and lazy. Lee Company said it was a common, minor issue and the problem was resolved in 10-20 minutes and he only used 10 feet of snake to do it. All of my kitchen plumbing works perfectly now, no thanks to All Access Plumbing. I am posting this review because I hope no other family has to go through what I went through this week. If you do have a home warranty, I would make sure this company is blacklisted. If you are choosing to use All Access Plumbing on your own accord, I would strongly recommend searching elsewhere. Everyone deserves to have an honest interaction with trustworthy people and that was not my experience with All Access Plumbing.
September 03 · Erica WoodDON’T ALLOW YOUR HOME WARRANTY COMPANY TO USE.Similar to other customers. Home warranty company booked them. They came out and wrote it up as not normal wear and tear which is false. Seems they just want to $75 for showing up for 10 minutes and not doing any real work.Tech also showed up in personnel vehicle and didn’t have proper tools. My issue was a toilet leak. Working just fine for 4 months. All of sudden started leaking. Nothing happened to the toilet. Blamed a hairline they can’t find or point out(scapegoat).Calling another plumber to look closer. If it is something else I’ll file a formal complaint with BBB and home warranty company.
December 01 · John HarrisonAll Access was set up to check on my water heater, by my home warranty company because I was not getting hot water. The morning Inwas scheduled for service, I started getting hot water again so I called All Access an hour before service was scheduled and left a message to cancel the call. The plumber showed up anyway and I explained to him that I had called the office an hour earlier and canceled the call. He called his office to confirm and then told me that they had received the message and to call back if I needed future service. Then I get a call from my home warranty company stating that I would receive a charge because All Access was claiming I never called them, which was a flat out lie. I called All Access and all of a sudden they are telling me that they never received a call. I told the woman that the plumber himself told me they received my message after he called their office to confirm, and that I had the call in my log, including the call duration which would indicate that I left a message. When confronted with this, the woman simply hung up on me. Now I have to go through a dispute process with my home warranty company because first of all, they don't run their office efficiently and did not cancel the plumber in time before he arrived, then they lied to my warranty company and said I never called! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! They are poorly run and actually lied about what happened! I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.
March 15 · Jeremy GayerMy home warranty set me up with this co.pany. someone came out to look at why my jets om my indoor hot tub wasnt working. He said the pump was broken. He just threw my pump under my tub, everything unconnected, and a dirty towel under there. He told me he would come put it back for months! For months..Ive been calling him! This is beyond unacceptable & unprofessional. I would still like to use my tub but cant because, I will risk it leakong without the pump attatcged properly. Nobody answers the phone or responds to messgages!Shame on you!
July 13 · Jenna HardingChantel is extremely rude. We were overcharged by them and the agreement with our home warranty company. When our home warranty company called them to inquire, she then called me and was extremely rude and told me I needed to take it up with my bank and then hung up on me.Add- that they issue they stated we had was completely misdiagnosed and Alford Plumbing came out the next day and corrected our plumbing issue. They treat veterans like dirt and only care about getting that dollar. Please- save yourself the headache and go with a different company!
