Wish Granted Plumbing deserves MORE than 5 stars!! They were amazing. SO professional, communicative and friendly. We had a plumbing issue that needed attention right away. We reached out early on a weekday morning (7am-ish) and they responded right away. They set the appt for between 8-9 that morning! They quickly followed up with a phone call for additional needed info.Once everything was in place, we received a text with a picture of Chris, the plumber coming to our home along with a bio about him. Additionally, they sent a text with a tracker so we could see exactly where he was in the driving process to our home. This was especially helpful to us as we had to deal with a timing issue due to the fact we work from home and were restrictive in being able to answer the door.When speaking with Drew on the phone in confirming the appt - we expressed this restrictive situation. He communicated this to Chris, and all was well and perfect! I was able to follow Chris' drive, was able to run out and flag him down to our home and quickly went over the situation, all of which he was aware and well versed and was able to get to work right away on his own.Chris was WONDERFUL. We had 2 issues that needed looking at, one very minor that took a total of less than 5 minutes, the other issue was an issue. It was a bit of a tough situation (new home to us, but older building leading to a backup of the main line in the master bath/shower - lucky us. Been here a week.). Chris called in a colleague and together they conquered the problem AND cleaned up everything (it got a little messy as you can imagine). This was all done with such professionalism, done in a timely manner, and with such a wonderful and great/positive attitude. We felt the pricing was also fair and we INSISTED on buying Chris lunch for his hard work. THANK YOU to Wish Granted Plumbing for being one of the few businesses these days that DO IT RIGHT!
