I had one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had with TNT Plumbing. We called them to address a drain issue, and they charged us $650 just to snake the drain. The technician was in and out quickly, but the problem was never actually resolved. Before even confirming if their work made a difference, they immediately tried to upsell me an additional $300 to run a camera through the line.At that point, I decided to get a second opinion. I called another plumbing company, and for only $250 they provided the full camera inspection service and actually fixed the problem on the spot. The difference in professionalism and transparency was night and day.I feel that TNT Plumbing took advantage of the situation — charging an outrageous amount for a service that didn’t fix the issue, then trying to get even more money without offering a guarantee. It was frustrating, time-consuming, and costly.If you’re looking for a plumbing service in St. Louis, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Based on my experience, this company overcharges, underdelivers, and doesn’t take responsibility for their work.
