We had an emergency main blockage with root intrusion. We use Prisitine for all of our plumbing issues. They sent out Ryan for consultation. Ryan was professional, informative, and knowledgeable. He was very detailed and made us feel we were in good hands. He and Justin handled our repair which was a good size project in one. Ryan and Justin were a great team and a great representation of Pristine Plumbing. They really do care about their customers!!

Their customer service while initially inquiring about their services were impeccable. The gentlemen who came out to give us an estimate were also top notch!Everybody was very helpful and courteous. The 2 plumbers were highly educated and informative. They would've had my business, but the service I need has a very tight budget. They really make the customer feel like they come first.The only reason. Why I didn't go with them is strictly because of cost. I don't believe it should cost $1000-$1500 to install a whole house filtration system attached.
