My experience was phenomenal. I had an emergency situation. Within 35 minutes, someone was here to assist. They were able to solve part of my issue within a couple of hours. The next day they returned to replace old cast iron pipes. They arrive around 9am and the job was completed around 1:30 pm. Tyler Hoff, the Service Mgr., was extremely nice and professional. He explained everything and shared video of the work that was needed and after it was completed. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter. 👌🏽 😊

It's been a week and I went back under the trailer and it is still dripping. Not to mention i showed him where I had been sucking up water with my carpet cleaner.SO..I DO have a leak and now I have to find someone to fix it. $100 out the window for him to say I didn't have a leak, when I do.
